Creating New Users and Assigning Group Rights
When creating new users we should be able to manage their group access rights in the same window. Going to the Manage Groups section after creating new users takes up way too much time and is often forgotten.

Private/restricted processes and/or costings
Is it possible to make some processes private or restricted so only certain people can view it. Our users are concerned that if they add the financial details to specific roles, especially roles where only one person is employed such as a COO, those confidential details can be viewed by anyone. We would like to see an option for either keeping the costings restricted on a user basis, or by making the process private.

System Tag Re-indexing - go beyond just the tag to the system but to the references in the process itself.
We recently Re-indexed our the name and definition of an CRM we sunset recently with the name of the new CRM we implemented.
While the tags on th particular Activities changed, the utterances or references within th process content itself did not change...great to have an option to re-index the system tags within the task content.
We'll have to catch these on our annual process reviews, or have to get teams to commit to manually doing this.4 votes -
Stop Process Acknowledgements being required for Expert/Owner transfers
If there could be a button to turn off process acknowledgements for owner/expert changes that would be great.
Example when a person leaves or changes role a Promaster will usually transfer said persons processes to another user. This causes notifications to be sent to various users for such a minor change. It would be good not to have to turn this setting off globally every time someone leaves the organisation just to temporarily stop notifications being sent out.
This thus causes users to ignore such notifications and feel overwhelmed with the amount of acknowledgement notifications they receive.

Ability to configure settings based on use purpose (Project v Governance)
Configuration setting do not cater for different use purposes i.e. A project team has different configuration requirements to business as usual process management.
An example is the review approval workflow. If this is switched on for BAU it would cause problems for projects as Project Managers would be constantly getting update reminders.Being unable to separate also prevents use of the dashboard as it encompasses all processes in Promapp.

Allow the Process map to be in portrait mode when export to PDF
When printing the procedure to PDF, Can we have an option for the process map to be either portrait or landscape. If portrait orientation was selected, the process map would scale to fit the page, making it more user/reader friendly.

Create a Training and Induction Module API
We have built PowerBI dashboards for Risks, Processes and Improvements. The reason for the dashboards is quick access to information for business areas so they can improve the management of their Promapp content without the need to go into Promapp. Promapp would be used when an issue is identified or something needs addressing.
We are also now looking at the Training and Induction Module and will need to build a PowerBI dashboard for this also. Nintex Support Team have advised that an API is not on the roadmap.

Allowing Process Owner and Process Experts the ability to upload documents as well as archiving those documents in the library.
Allowing Process Owner and Process Experts the ability to upload documents as well as archiving those documents in the library. They can upload a doc to their process although if removing it, the document is orphaned and a Promaster must archive their previously uploaded document. To keep the library clean and maintained, they should have the opportunity to remove those documents they previously uploaded.

Remove Nintex videos from the home page
We provide customised help videos for our process owners and experts that include our expectations of them. I would like to be able to customise the home page to remove the Nintex help videos from the home page

Customise links on the Promapp home page
We would like to be able to provide a link from Promapp to various other internal sites and knowledge bases. For example, we can have a link from our Intranet to Promapp, but not vice versa.

Hyperlink to a section within a process
Often our staff only want to see the details of the step of the process that they are responsible for. They don't need to read the process steps for other teams in the process. We would like to be able to provide a hyperlink that goes directly to a section of the process. We would like to be able to use this link in the Sharepoint embed webpart.

Add check box or default to the search 'Filter by Group' list.
The current search feature has the 'Filter by Group' as a scroll and select option. Once the 'Filter by Group' option is selected and the search is completed the option selected is no longer available. If a second search is required 'Filter by Group' option must be selected again. Having a default or a check box option will eliminate the user from having to repeatedly make a 'Filter by Group' selection each time a search is performed.

Promapp's Improvements Register dashboard should include a ‘last modified on' date.
On Promapp's Improvements Register dashboard it would be helpful to have a ‘last modified on' date so you know when QIRs were last updated.

Automatic Publish after first version

They would like approval process for first publish and then the option for subsequent publishes to just go through.
This is so authors follow the correct guidelines. Once those are guidelines, are met they do not require approval subsequent publishes.

Enable permissions to be added to sub-groups
There needs to be a way to add permissions to sub-groups so that we can set up consultants with access when they need to work with a specific team without giving them access to all of the processes.
I understand this would be a structural change but the current workaround of making the process group a top-level group isn't really viable longer term.
"Subgroups inherit permissions assigned to top-level groups. Inherited permission can be removed. You cannot add permissions for subgroups."

Process experts and process owners need to be able to import processes, not just promasters
At present, only promasters can import processes from other organisations who are sharing them with us. This is a waste of time, especially as we are encouraging process experts and process owners to drive their promapping and make contact with other organisations for promapping help.

Publish All Button
It would be nice to have a Publish All button to publish all of the process maps in a group at the same time.

Remove Contact Support
Allow me to hide the Contact Support under the Help menu. I don't want the general user contacting Nintex Support. Many times they are asking a question about a process that Nintex can't answer or they are reporting an issue that should be vetted through the Promasters or our internal help desk first.
