  1. Change landing page to Summary

    When you first create your process, the first page that you land on is the Procedure Page but in reality, you need to first land on the Summary page to make minor changes and then move to the Triggers and Inputs Page and then to the Procedures Tab. It would make it easier to train if you start at the top tab and work your way down.

  2. Disable 'Submit for Approval' while @TODO items are present

    There are instances when process editors overlook resolving @TODO items prior to submitting processes for approval. It would be helpful if the system could prevent the submission of processes while there are unresolved @TODO items present. Perhaps when the user goes to click 'Submit for Approval' a window could appear advising that there are unresolved @TODO items and call out where in the process these are.

  4. Risk Module - Introduce "Inherent" label where lacking to keep consistent

    When a user is creating a new risk and when they are reassessing a risk, please add “Inherent” before the words “Likelihood” and “Severity” so it keeps in line with the further below 'Residual Likelihood' and 'Residual Severity'. Hopefully this will help users to rate initially and reassess the risk. Simple but effective.

  5. Improvement Module - Enable editable tabs, under Create Actions

    The “Create Actions” phase for the Improvement Module has predefined labels such as: remedial, monitor risk, change process, provide training and other actions. My suggestion is to enable these labels to be editable so that the consumer could choose whichever label makes sense for them.

  6. Remove roles/responsiblities through user import functionality

    The file upload of users that have changed their role, is adding their new role to their User profile, but is not removing the old roles.

    With nearly 9000 users it is a huge administrative task to remove roles manually.

    It would be great to be able to use the user import function as a true update of the users profile.

  7. Enrich the mitigation sign off notifications

    The main complaint I receive from the organisation is the lack of information included in the risk mitigation sign off notifications. When clicking on the notification link, the user only sees the mitigation text - without any context.

    In the notification link I suggest to include:
    - risk title and description
    - mitigation
    - involvement

    Maybe just point to the relevant dashboard row.

  8. minimode option for risks and opportunities

    In trying to point people to a specific risk or improvement it would be beneficial to have a 'minimode' type option. Currently I use screen dumps to point people to the risk in question which is not optimal.

  9. Report on 'non-assed' risks

    Risks yet not assessed are not included in any of the available risk reports, which means these risks remain under the radar, and could potentially not be escalated and brought the attention of appropriate decision makers.
    I would like to be able to:
    - create a report on these 'hidden' risks as part of our risk governance
    - send out reminders to risk owners to assess risks

  10. Work Instructions to open in browser rather than download every time

    Instead of downloading work instructions every time you need to refer to them, open them up in a browser tab like SharePoint does. Prevents cluttering your downloads folder! When you access a work instruction, usually you only want to view it, not add it to your computer.

    Hello - I would love it if there was a way to change the text in the welcome email from Nintex Promapp when we assign licences to staff. At the moment, I have to send a second email to each person.

  12. Allow roles to be assigned to responsiblities

    If I have a responsibility called Website Administrator who will be assigned to Manager of Media, Manager of Governance and Manager of IT then I would like to assign the roles to the responsibility rather than the names. Then who ever is assigned to those roles are automatically attached to the responsibility and I don't have to maintain multiple responsibilities when we have staff changes.

  13. Breadcrumb behavior in Minimode: "down" only, not "up"

    Currently if Breadcrumbs are enabled in Minimode configuration settings then they allow navigation from the linked process all the way to the top of the process hierarchy in the Promapp instance.

    The breadcrumb navigation is useful but there are use cases where we only want users to be able to see from the linked process "downwards", i.e. drill into the detail, but not "upwards" e.g. to functional areas that they should not see.

    In this case it would be ideal for the breadcrumbs to "start" at the linked process and not show the higher level process hierarchy: perhaps this could…

  14. Specify the 'Next' and 'Continue' Activity IDs in Process Text Description

    For decisions on a Process map it is obvious which Activity the "Yes" and "No" alternatives point to; however in the text description (the 'Procedure') it is less clear, and can be confusing for those users who prefer to read text without referencing the map.

    It would be helpful if the text description could be expanded to include the IDs of the Activities for the 'Yes' and 'No' alternative paths.

  15. Suggested Processes > Enable alerts or add to owner/expert/champion dashboard

    When a user suggests a process for another team to write, it would be ideal if the suggested Expert/Owner received an email alert so they can review. Alternatively, the suggested process is added to the Owner/Expert dashboards.

    IF an expert/owner is not specified when a user suggests a new processes, then a group should be required, so an alert can be sent to the Group Champion for follow up. Alternatively, it is added to the Champions dashboard.

  16. Timeframe incorrectly showing error message

    In Timeframe, when we indicate 0 minute for Wait Time, an error message appears showcasing 'timeframe information is missing, therefore total times may not be accurate'. This bug needs to be fixed

  17. Automate role changes and exits

    Updating roles for users and reassigning tasks takes significant time by the Promasters.

    Could automation be built into Promapp allowing quicker position changes? Maybe an excel import that updates employee's assigned roles and deactivates others?
    As an added bonus, making exiting staff inactive and possibly reporting on inactive staff with processes?

    If any one has feedback on how they go about it, I'd be happy to hear it.

  18. Using upload functions i.e. Roles, rather than a count reported, identify rows as added, not added, updated

    Getting feedback as to the rows which are added would help understanding the outcome of using the upload function.
    In Roles upload for example, a result which states 'x number of rows have been updated' it is impossible to know what bit of the data was updated, was it the 'type' or the users.

  19. Promasters able to view users dashboards

    We have a lot of internal and regulatory audits (lots of actions are overdue), lots of training that needs completing, document reviews, document and process approvals, and acknowledgments. We would like to monitor peoples dashboards to make sure they are completing their work in a timely manner.

  20. Limited Number of Items when Printing

    We need to print 'Manuals' for clients. For example, we may be asked to supply our 'Safety Manual'. Having moved to Promapp, the way to supply this is to print the 'Safety Process group' with all associated processes. However we keep getting an error saying there are too many items to print.
    Please look to increase the items limit (if a limit is required at all).
    Its also not clear what an 'item' is.
