  1. User Dashboard

    We have a Process Dashboard but a new pivot could be to also have as user dashboard.

    This dashboard could be sortable by timeframe. It could show total users that accessed the tool during the time frame, processes viewed, unique users each days in that time frame. This would make it easier to present data.

  2. Enable the ability to re-name the role "Process Group Champion"

    Process roles such as Process Owners and Process Experts are universal but a Process Group Champion isn't. I'd like to see Nintex Promapp provide the ability to rename the title of this role please. We may have an established role title in the business that has similar responsibilities that we want to apply to Promapp or just may not find the term "champion" appropriate. Cheers

  3. Identify names of people associated to a role, when hovering over a role within a process

    It would be great to be able to see peoples names when hovering over a role within a process for quick access on knowing who to contact for a certain task without having to hop out and look at the org chart.

  4. Ability to view failed login attempts

    When not using SSO it would be advantageous to see failed login attempts.
    Anecdotally some users have forgotten their password and as a result are just not using Promapp at all, rather than getting a reset.

  5. Merge duplicate documents in the document library

    When there are duplicate documents in the library, I want to merge them so that there is only the latest version or one source of the truth.
    Documents can be uploaded more than once if the person does not search for it first and/or uses a slightly different name (do not follow naming conventions) i.e. they include a prefix or use a space in it somewhere or add a date or typo.

  6. Ability to view Map View on full screen

    At the moment, when viewing a process on Map view, the top banner (which shows the process name, and includes the buttons for giving feedback, printing, favourites and sharing) take up a fair bit of room on the screen.

    While we can zoom in and zoom out, we can't use our screen real estate to its full potential as that banner cannot be minimised (unlike the tab on the bottom for Summary, Feedback, ChangeLog, Documents etc, and the Left hand navigational panel)

    When viewing a process via map view, could we have a button to expand it to "full screen"…

  7. Showing linked docs/png etc on change log

    Today our discussion resulted in an additional piece of information for change log functionality.

    Though we have the ability to put in comments. A great addition, would be having an indicator if an additional file is added or linked and a call out. Allowing for easier identification to revert to that point.

  8. Need wait times and active times show in mapview

    We desperately need to see both active times and wait times on map view please. At present we can only have one or the other. Whilst you can see both in the procedure tab, this isn't helpful if you are presenting to the Executive, who need the higher level picture. They don't have time to see any detailed process - that's our job.

    Please can you add this to your amendment list for your programmers as urgent? We don't have a useful way of showing timeframes to our executive in a snapshot and the mapview showing both sets would be…

  9. Being able to filter between overdue Processes and over due Documents

    Currenty on the "My Reviews" tab, you can see items which are Overdue, due in 3 months and due in 12 months.

    It would be great if we could expand the selection of filters by:
    - Adding a filter for Type i.e. Documents, Processes, Policies so our time poor Process Owners can focus their energies on the type of content which is higher risk
    - Adding flexible time filters - being able to filter by overdue, 3 and 12 months is great but if our owners want to see whats due in the comming month or comming 6 months they…

  10. Fix roles when scrolling through a process

    When looking at a large process the roles on the left side at the beginning of the process map are not visible any more when scrolling to the right towards the end of the process map.

    It would be great if this part of the map could be fixed when scrolling through just like in Excel.

  11. Turn off scroll wheel zooming for embed pages

    When you embed a process in a SharePoint site, scrolling the page often ends up with the process map zooming out as you scroll past it.

    It would be good to change the default scroll behaviour to NOT change the zoom level, either in embedded pages, or within Promapp.

  12. Glossary - Acronyms, Phrase, definition

    To improve glossary functionality I propose the following.
    1. There should be a data type called acronym as part of the glossary.
    This should be case sensitive. This would allow for the organization to set its own acronyms and thus ensure effective use.
    2. allow for users to have mulitple instances of an acronym. POC- Proof of concept, point of contact, . Allowing the process writer to designate a definition.
    3. If there are dominant definitions within Promapp instances, for example APQC, SAP, BPM, these could be part of a larger glossary function to help share concepts across multiple organizations.

  13. More detail in Status column of the Process List report

    It would be great to have more detail in the Status column of the Process List report. Currently there seems to be only Published or Unpublished. I'd like to see 'Awaiting Approval' or 'In Progress' rather than 'Unpublished'. That way it would reflect the status as shown in the process itself (next to the title).

  14. Improved wording and explaination in error messages

    It would be fantastic if there were a variety of error messages instead of the generic "Whoops that wasn't meant to happen" and "Contact your Promaster" error messages.

    Current when users come across those error messages they will contact the Promaster and provide a screenshot, however the message is so vague that it can be incredible difficult for the Promaster to trouble shoot before determining whether it needs to be escalated to Nintex Promapp as a bug. It would be great if the error message included a description of the type of error or a code of some sort etc.

  15. SAML - Attribute Based Assignment possible

    We are shifting to AzureAD as our Identity and Access Solution. We have been told your product doesn't support Attribute-Based Assignment.

    The assignment of users should be able to be completed using with attribute-based functions Example expression:
    AAD Group = "MarketingUsers" then added to Promapp role “Marketing”

    Users can then be assigned the correct roles when they join or move teams automatically instead of the manual process which involves a delay to the user and a waste of admin time in provisioning and in UAR (user access review)

  16. Enable 2 separate role allocation lists in the user profile (primary & secondary roles)

    Having the ability to allocate roles in 2 separate lists would enable roles to be allocated as a primary role or roles i.e. main job, and secondary role or roles i.e. interested in, which would effectively be a means to 'subscribe' to process notifications.

    The secondary role could be controlled by the user themselves as well in the User management page.

    The content of the notification email could be segregate by primary and secondary roles so the user can see which updates affect them directly and those that they have an interest in.

  17. Add more fields to the user data

    Add more fields to the user data to enable differentiation between users with the same or similar names. This extra data should be displayed in the various user selection fields.

    Suggestions are (in no particular order): Job Title, Location, Department.

    In a company of 5000+ employees we have many occurrences of people with similar names (e.g. Andrew Smith or Andy Smith) and it is impossible know which is the one you want to pick in the various user selections fields.

    Also, we use SSO and we have found that any 'extra' info we manually add to the name fields is…

  18. Publication Declined should revert new process to Unpublished instead of In Progress

    A new Process is in PAW (revision 0.xx) and Awaiting Publish. Once declined and back into editing state, it lists as In Progress. Instead, it needs to revert to Unpublished because the process has not been previously published. This inaccurate label confuses reporting.

  19. Add Automated/scheduled Reports

    Add option to automate sending of various reports such as Process overdue for review or approvals. Allow to outline report groups that receive an automated report to confirm overdue task are not being missed.
