Optimize print capabilities
Processes are printed with the configured document types displayed as text only e.g. a checklist or form that is required to complete a task step. In order to obtain the form, the user has to return to the process and print the required document. Adding the configured document types as a 'Print Option' will allow the user to select the document type required to complete the process in one step rather than having to return, search and print what is required.

Archive Documents Association Data
When processes are archived, all data for group associations is lost. We need to know what group any given archived process came from.

Process Maturity Tagging
Process maturity is an indication of how close a developing process is to being complete and capable of continual improvement through qualitative measures and feedback. Thus, for a process to be mature, it must be complete in its usefulness, automated (where appropriate), reliable in information and continuously improving.
In order for an organisation to understand it’s process maturity, having the ability to audit and tag a process to categorise it to show what stage, tier or level of maturity a process is at. Turn of Process Variations
I would like an easy way to turn off variations in a process - i.e. click a button to have the standard version become the only process and all variations removed. Especially when there have been no changes.

Ability to have fields in Improvements Module that allows you to complete on closure
In the Improvements module you are able to make fields mandatory on reporting or assigning. It would be great to have fields that are mandatory to be completed at close out. We have certain fields that would be great for monitoring purposes for example if our customer complaints were substantiated or not this field needs to be completed at close out and also a final cost for the improvement or customer complaint needs to be completed at the final close out. Linked + parallel process
You should be able to add linked processes within a task, you shouldn't have to add a note.
For instance if you had a process how to onboard a new staff member and there were technical steps to follow, however most users know how to do this so you want it for a few, there should be an option to have a process linked to tasks like notes.

delete variation
We have global variations which cover our different business units and for the most part our processes apply to all the business units, but for some instances the business unit may not perform a specific process and I would like to remove the specific global variation on those processes. At the moment, I can't delete them due to being global variations. Could you add a feature to allow us to remove (and perhaps add back) global variations?

Add an option to generate iframe code to embed minimode in SharePoint under the sharing menu
Currently SharePoint does not enable embedding from Promapp without generating the minimode link and including it in iframe code. We encourage users to share processes on SharePoint (e.g. accompanying a news item) and generating iframe code is a bit to advanced for many users. It would be helpful if the iframe code including the minimode link could be generated directly from the Promapp share menu.

Ability to attach more than one document per incident action
Currently you can only attach one document to an incident action, there is no way to attach more documents as evidence of the action having being completed.

Ability to delete completed incident actions
Currently an incident action cannot be deleted once the action is completed. If someone creates an action with an error and mistakenly completes it, it can not be removed from the incident, the only workaround is deleting the whole incident and create a new one, which would affect all involved parties. Promasters should be able to delete them

Possibility to extract "process activities by role and responsability" report for multiple roles simultaneously
There should be a possibility to extract report for several roles simultaneously. Right now, we can only extract the report for a single role from those listed in the options.
However, it would be interesting and appropriate in certain cases to be able to extract a report for multiple roles, since some employees are included in more than one role.3 votes -
Add an option to disable user feedback
We have a dedicated Change Process in our organisation that sits outside of Promapp. We would like to be able to disable the feedback feature so that people must use the correct channel. Perhaps there is already an option, but I could not locate it. Many thanks

Change Dashboard Column heading from 'out of date processes' to 'Processes overdue for review'
The Governance page of the Dashboard shows the process statistics for the organisation in 6 columns. The 3rd column is titled "OUT OF DATE PROCESSES". It would be more accurate to title this column "PROCESSES OVERDUE FOR REVIEW". The processes have passed their review period without confirmation from the expert or owner that they are still accurate and up-to-date, but that does not necessarily mean they are out-of-date.

Update email 'Dashboard Notification' specify what has changed in the process or document
Currently we receive a notification when there have been changes, but the email does not specify what the change was.
It would be great when the email is sent, if there is some clear notes as to what specifically has changed. Looking at the email, you can't tell.3 votes -
a way to Merge duplicative process maps
we are finding that our users are creating a lot of similar processes in Promapp that are really just variations of a single process flow, and would like to be able to have promasters be able to select multiple processes to combine together. Once that is done, they can label the merged processes as variations to keep one workflow

Scoring scheme - mix of calculated and manual residual
A scoring scheme for the risk register that includes the following five options:
· Inherent likelihood
· Inherent consequence
· Control effectiveness
· Residual likelihood
· Residual consequenceThe current manual residual scoring scheme does not have anywhere to record the control effectiveness.

Allow archive or delete of feedback by PO/PE
during development and reviews of processes there is a lot of feedback that gets discussed and resolved that the PO/PE cannot either hide from view after resolution but also can't delete the thread, they have to keep notifying a promaster which to delete to keep the history view manageable. Additionally, any user trying to see what is currently being addressed gets lost on the litany of already resolved feedback in the Give Feedback panel. This is just far too messy to be useful and time consuming for a promaster who has a lot of other administration to do.
