Improvements Add On - Incidents allocated based on priority in addition to location
It would be useful if you could not only set who is the approver/closer by location but also if you could do this by the priority rating of the incident. For example high priority could be escalated to the Director of a location instead of the site manager. This would allow the Directors to be informed of high priority incidents but not be bogged down by the low/medium priority incidents.

Enter tags or metadata for checklists
When creating a checklist it could be great to add tags or metadata to categorise checklists and then having more detailed dashboards/lists of checklist items to perform statistics.
It could be also useful to use tags to restrict permissions. For example, if tags are used to know which checklist concern which department, then based on the department, specific users could only see checklists of their own department.1 vote -
Work Instructions to open in browser rather than download every time
Instead of downloading work instructions every time you need to refer to them, open them up in a browser tab like SharePoint does. Prevents cluttering your downloads folder! When you access a work instruction, usually you only want to view it, not add it to your computer.

Show link, path or summary when transferring processes
When you are transferring processes, for example, from a staff member who has left to a new staff member, could it show a path, link or the summary or something when you hover over the process so you can make sure you are making the correct transfer?

Change welcome email text
Hello - I would love it if there was a way to change the text in the welcome email from Nintex Promapp when we assign licences to staff. At the moment, I have to send a second email to each person.

Allow for adjusting text size in Procedure/Edit view and other accessibility improvements
For better accessibility access, could a functionality be developed to enlarge text size or zoom into specific areas for Procedure and Edit view?
While users can zoom in and out via Map view, they do not have this ability in Procedure view or edit view. This means users need to use the native zoom function of their web browser, which will also enlarge the navigation and borders reducing the screen real estate.
On the same vein, Nintex Promapp could benefit from other accessibility improvements such as the ability to highlight @Todos in a different colour in the Map, Procedure and…2 votes -
Notifications for Reviews
Recommend adding a configuration option to email owners and experts when a process requires review with the ability to set an advance notice (e.g. an email notification to be sent 1 week or 1 month in advance of a review due date).

Default value for Document Approval in Process Group
We have the Document Approval workflow turned on, and currently when a new Process Group is created the default value is 'All required to approve'. We prefer the 'First only required to approve' option. It would be great if we could configure the default option for document approval regime when a new Process Group is created.

Potential to change headings of tab
When looking at a process can "Map" be changed to "Process", we are finding Map and Procedure are confusing a lot of people due to no clear definitions or hierarchy of what is a procedure and what is a process.

Risk Audit History to load from filtered Register
It would be really useful if the Audit History would load using the filters applied to the register. Currently the entire register audit history loads and often just hangs because it takes so long to load, in some cases it halts altogether and you have to refresh the request. In other areas of the risk module the filters are carried over as you move around, it would be very useful for this area of the module to reduce wait times.

Allow qualitative only risk ratings
Currently you have to enter quantitative values to provide a risk rating number and level. Could there be an option to just have a level, even if in the background you had to use quantitative values the display would just be high, medium, low etc. The other rating criteria can then be the indicator for flagging the risk for follow up. For example if you have a high risk, with deficient control effectiveness but you had agreed it can be managed outside of the target level this would not flag for additional follow up that can be set up in…

Include Filters on ALL Risk Module Reporting
Currently the Audit History Report does not include any indication of what it refers to when exporting to PDF. As a stand alone document this makes it worthless and I would guess not ISO 9001 compliant? It would be useful if all the filters (especially the portfolio name and date parameters) were included.
Worst case scenario if you had to present evidence of reasonably practicable efforts to manage risk, this may not be usable.

Ability to toggle add-on modules on and off
As Promasters, we'd appreciate having the ability to toggle add-on modules on or off w/ respect to larger system audiences seeing them as option within top level menu. This would allow us to use them behind the scenes for experimentation purposes. Currently it appears to be all-or-nothing which is rough. Either everyone sees them (and it's a confusing experience for end users at best) or no one sees them (including Promasters!) once a Nintex admin is pulled in to remove them. A middle ground is direly needed.

Make the edit pencil more visible
Promapp users who aren’t actively involved regularly often are getting confused with the blue ‘’EDIT’’ selection under the investigation tab. Because the edit selection is more visible than the edit pencil and being on the investigation tab, they’re clicking that button in attempt to edit the investigation and are instead directed to the action tab if they have actions.
I have two improvements:
1st: make the edit pencil more visible and;
2ndly: Amend the blue ‘’Edit’’ to ‘’Action’’ or remove this option completely – if they wish to action they will view the action tab which will immediately take them…2 votes -
