  1. Customise links on the Promapp home page

    We would like to be able to provide a link from Promapp to various other internal sites and knowledge bases. For example, we can have a link from our Intranet to Promapp, but not vice versa.
    I would like the ability to add a few customised links on the Promapp home page.

  2. Role you can assign to an activity

    There is currently only 5 document types in the Configure section, all the five are important. Can there be the ability to add to this list example Quick Reference Guide (QRG). Please refer to scree shot

  4. Risk status

    It would be helpful to include risk status on the Risk register function.

    I think having statuses like draft/identified, validated/assessed, closed, rejected will help to capture risks in different stages of its cycle.

  5. Archiving and Linked Documents

    Documents that were linked to an archived process lose their associations and float freely in the system. We need to know when these linked documents would be affected by archiving, and it would be even more helpful to be able to archive them simultaneously if it is shown that they are only linked to the process being archived.

  6. Different colour settings for different page types

    To make it more obvious whether our users are viewing a procedure or policy page (and we have a third variation too) we would like to have a difference in formatting - such as the header being in a different coloured bar.

  7. Add an option to remove the Document Changes tab from the My Changes tab of My Dashboard

    Some senior managers find that telling them to look at documents linked to processes is a step too far for their valuable time – they just want to focus on processes (new, changed, awaiting their approval). Some processes can have 10 or 20 documents linked, which means the Dashboard number is quickly dominated by documents, not the key focal point which is processes.
    I have received much feedback from senior managers asking for this clutter to be removed

  8. Private/restricted processes and/or costings

    Is it possible to make some processes private or restricted so only certain people can view it. Our users are concerned that if they add the financial details to specific roles, especially roles where only one person is employed such as a COO, those confidential details can be viewed by anyone. We would like to see an option for either keeping the costings restricted on a user basis, or by making the process private.

  9. Add the Option to Create a Note Associated with a LSS Tag

    I would like to be able to add a corresponding note with a LSS tag (#Automation, #Waste) in order to describe/ explain why I am adding this tag. For the purposes of #Automation, I would be able to specify how I would approach automation.

  10. Add share button next to results in search

    In addition to the favourite button, it would be great to have the share process link button show up when searching. I often need to provide links to a number of processes and having to go into each one to get the link is a bit frustrating and slow, this would definitely make it more efficient!

  11. Published process

    A user shouldn't be able to see search key words, this should just be a back end functionality. It makes it more confusing when searching for a process because it adds unnecessary text.

    A published process should have the linked inputs at the top and also linked outputs at the bottom. From a user end the owner, expert, background, triggers, inputs, outputs, RACI.. doesn't add value to them and if they're in map view they can't really see this. Would it not make sense to have them as back end screens

  12. Stop Process Acknowledgements being required for Expert/Owner transfers

    If there could be a button to turn off process acknowledgements for owner/expert changes that would be great.

    Example when a person leaves or changes role a Promaster will usually transfer said persons processes to another user. This causes notifications to be sent to various users for such a minor change. It would be good not to have to turn this setting off globally every time someone leaves the organisation just to temporarily stop notifications being sent out.

    This thus causes users to ignore such notifications and feel overwhelmed with the amount of acknowledgement notifications they receive.

  13. Add a View Only Privilege Type

    It would be good to have a 4th privilege option added to make the limiting of process creation easier to manage. Currently to have a view only user type you need to switch on the "limit process creation to PM, BA and PC" option in config which then means that you need to add users to the PC role in each process group manually.

    It would be much easier to have a privilege available where view only access can be set at the user level rather than managing process creation user by user in each process group.

  15. Ability to configure settings based on use purpose (Project v Governance)

    Configuration setting do not cater for different use purposes i.e. A project team has different configuration requirements to business as usual process management.

    An example is the review approval workflow. If this is switched on for BAU it would cause problems for projects as Project Managers would be constantly getting update reminders.Being unable to separate also prevents use of the dashboard as it encompasses all processes in Promapp.

  16. Add bookmarks to the printed pdf documents

    I would like to have the option to include bookmarks in printed pdf documents. There is already an option to 'Include Sub-processes' in the print menu. If you select this option, bookmarks should be included as standard. This will allow the end-user to quickly navigate to a specific process within the pdf file instead of having to scroll and locate the process within the pdf document, which is time-wasting. See an example of a pdf file printed. If the end-user must navigate to process 'Conduct Field Arrival Trials, a bookmark to this location would simplify the action.

  17. Bulk change user - risk of publishing processes that are"Unpublished"

    When in the users tab, "update ownership" indicates when a process is "In Progress" but it does not indicate if a process is "Unpublished" and is not ready to be published. The way to differentiate status is in the Process list report but it should be indicated on the "Update Ownership screen. It could be the same blue warning as for "In Progress".

  18. Delayed escalation for risk managers

    Currently treatment owners sign-off-ee's (1st layer) notified of overdues at the same time as risk owners (2nd layer) & portfolio managers (3rd layer). This creates a lot of spam emails. Enabling an escalation delay, so say 1st layer has 1 month to remedy, layer 2 another month would be helpful. Can this be resolved by tweaking "Risk schedule signoff becomes due how many days in advance (Default: 7) " ? so that only layer 1 get these advanced emails?

  19. Create a Training and Induction Module API

    We have built PowerBI dashboards for Risks, Processes and Improvements. The reason for the dashboards is quick access to information for business areas so they can improve the management of their Promapp content without the need to go into Promapp. Promapp would be used when an issue is identified or something needs addressing.
    We are also now looking at the Training and Induction Module and will need to build a PowerBI dashboard for this also. Nintex Support Team have advised that an API is not on the roadmap.
    Can an API be developed and made available please?
