  1. Navigation Buttons

    Similar to the "Back" button request, but a bit more expanded than that.
    Have a "Back" and "Refresh" button, then also have 'breadcrumbs' of your navigation activity (instead of hierarchy of location path).

    For example, if I clicked on Home, then Admin Users settings, then All Documents the 'breadcrumb' will show:
    Home > Users > All Documents

    And they are all hyperlinked so you can jump back to that page when clicking on it in the 'breadcrumb'.

  2. Add "description" field to Roles

    It would be really helpful to have a "description" field when creating new roles, similar to the description for Systems.

    We have a number of similarly-titled roles in different units that are genuinely different roles; and roles that are actually the same but known informally by different titles in different Areas/ Regions.

    A description field would help resolve these ambiguities.

  3. Allow Promasters to add to the allowed file type list.

    Currently this is blocked with no apparent reason why.

    You must contact support to allow uploading other file types. This could be a Promaster configuration setting.

    Hi,

    I have changed this suggestion to ‘Open for voting’ as currently you can upload other document types, but you must first contact support to add the file type to the allowed list.

    I’ll edit this suggestion to enable this setting to be accessible by Promasters, so there’ll be no need to contact support.

  4. Implement multi-language capability into the Promapp interface (minus help file content)

    What? A minimal viable product could be to make the user interface (the menus by which you navigate around and use to create processes) in some selected languages other than English. Our current need is Chilean Spanish. We don’t think it is necessary to have the help files in different languages if Promapp is initially rolled out into the company in English. The English speakers can teach the others how to use Promapp and this should negate the need to have multi-language help files.

    Why? Getting initial and ongoing engagement is critical to giving Promapp longevity. Anything we can do…

  5. Create an Overview (end to end) Process View automatically

    Provide the ability for Promapp to automatically create overview (end to end) process views from process that are linked together instead of having to manually create that overview.
    Refer to the attached document for a mockup example (the last page shows the auto generated overview process created from the processes shown in the preceding pages

  6. Default value for Document Approval in Process Group

    We have the Document Approval workflow turned on, and currently when a new Process Group is created the default value is 'All required to approve'. We prefer the 'First only required to approve' option. It would be great if we could configure the default option for document approval regime when a new Process Group is created.

  7. Potential to change headings of tab

    When looking at a process can "Map" be changed to "Process", we are finding Map and Procedure are confusing a lot of people due to no clear definitions or hierarchy of what is a procedure and what is a process.

  8. Risk Audit History to load from filtered Register

    It would be really useful if the Audit History would load using the filters applied to the register. Currently the entire register audit history loads and often just hangs because it takes so long to load, in some cases it halts altogether and you have to refresh the request. In other areas of the risk module the filters are carried over as you move around, it would be very useful for this area of the module to reduce wait times.

  10. Competency sign-off

    Owners should be able to raise training by person as well as training module, this is particularly true for competency renewal which is often undertaken for a person over a range of competencies

  11. Grant risk viewing rights to all risk and treatment owners

    Risk and risk treatments can be assigned to users who don't have access to see the risk or treatment.

    Making someone a risk or treatment owner should automatically grant them access to see that risk and it's treatments without requiring access to the entire portfolio.

  12. Allow users to scroll through map whilst providing feedback

    When providing feedback it would be useful to still be able to select each activity and review it at each step...so you would have the feedback dialogue box open but still be able to click into the activities - so you can provide your feedback on each activity. I tend to open a Word document and type up all my feedback and then open the dialogue box and paste my feedback from Word.

  13. Feedback and Tailored Responses

    We use both the linking of Processes to share processes across business units and minimode to access processes from teams throughout the business. Minimode allows the use of providing feedback to the owner/expert, who will have access to Promapp but the Teams don't. When an owner/expert responds to the feedback, an automatic email is sent with a link to login to Promapp, we would prefer to have a minimode link in the automatic emails to ensure the teams can view the edits made.

    When sending feedback, we would ideally like to add a drop down selection as it may not…

  14. Expiring processes

    Can there be a better email notification system to notify users via email about their expirced processes for example on a monthly basis?

    This would make sure that we don't have to manually reach out to the Process OWners and Experts each time when a process is expired and the user is not checking his/her own dashboard. This ensures that all processes would be kept up to date due to higher awareness of the expirey.

  16. 'My Changes' notification for Favourited processes

    My Changes notification should also be triggered by changes to processes you have favourited.

    Currently My Changes notification will only occur for:
    - Processes where you are an Owner or Expert of,
    - Processes where your role is a participant of, or
    - Processes where you have been added (either user or role) as a RACI which is controlled by the Process Owner/Expert

    There is no way for a User to 'opt-in' to view changes of a particular process.
    Favouriting a process, I believe, is already an indication that the User is interested in the process. Thus, if they have…

  17. Allow qualitative only risk ratings

    Currently you have to enter quantitative values to provide a risk rating number and level. Could there be an option to just have a level, even if in the background you had to use quantitative values the display would just be high, medium, low etc. The other rating criteria can then be the indicator for flagging the risk for follow up. For example if you have a high risk, with deficient control effectiveness but you had agreed it can be managed outside of the target level this would not flag for additional follow up that can be set up in…

  18. Include Filters on ALL Risk Module Reporting

    Currently the Audit History Report does not include any indication of what it refers to when exporting to PDF. As a stand alone document this makes it worthless and I would guess not ISO 9001 compliant? It would be useful if all the filters (especially the portfolio name and date parameters) were included.

    Worst case scenario if you had to present evidence of reasonably practicable efforts to manage risk, this may not be usable.

  19. allow search of reviews dashboard page

    Sad to say but we have a large list of reviews due and as promasters, wish to see all.. we have to scroll through page by page to find the one we want. could we have a search function so we can go straight to the one we want to sign off as reviewed?

  20. Ability to toggle add-on modules on and off

    As Promasters, we'd appreciate having the ability to toggle add-on modules on or off w/ respect to larger system audiences seeing them as option within top level menu. This would allow us to use them behind the scenes for experimentation purposes. Currently it appears to be all-or-nothing which is rough. Either everyone sees them (and it's a confusing experience for end users at best) or no one sees them (including Promasters!) once a Nintex admin is pulled in to remove them. A middle ground is direly needed.
