Multiple outputs when using decision diamond
When using a decision diamond the process ends in two different places, which each have a distinct output. Unfortunately when entering an output there is no way to define which part of the process produces that specific output. The map shows both outputs flowing from both ends of the process.

Remove documents from sharepoint search of Promapp
We have added the searchability of Promapp to our sharepoint intranet, however the results also bring up any documents listed in Promapp. As an added complication, they are links to our document management system so it does not even take the user into Promapp at all.
We would like to see the results only include links to Processes ONLY and have a little icon to show that it is a promapp, like the pages, images and other sharepoint searches do.

Microsoft Search (intranet/bing) return Nintex promapp results
Provide a way to return Promapp results to 365 Microsoft Search so that Modern SharePoint search results can include Promapp processes, either in line or as a vertical result set.
So that organisations who are moving from classic SharePoint to Modern SharePoint have an upgrade pathway without loss of functionality.
Ideally provide:
- a Microsoft Search connector, visible within Microsoft Search admin connector screen.
and or
- a way to allow Basic web authentication for Microsoft search only, as well as SSO for normal usersFurther detail

Disallow/Warn/Add config item to avoid publishing with unassigned activities
Disallowing a process to be published when there are unassigned activities would stop that from occurring.
Either that or, as a minimum, a warning pop up when the publish button is clicked.
Alternately, make it a config item that clients can control eg 'Enable publish with unassigned activities' (default setting would be off)

Make attachment types visible in the document library
Even if staff search our document library to check whether a link has already been created, they are unable to see the attachment type (ie form, guide, information, training, policy), so when they then go to attach the existing link to their process they sometimes select a different attachment type and then their search doesn't locate the document (even though they know it's there!)
If the attachment type is visible in the document library their frustration levels will be reduced.

Aditional User Type allowed to Create Porcesses in Certain Allocated Groups
There seems to be no middle ground between allowing all users to create process maps to then restricting it to only POs,PMs and BAs. It would be good to allow some users to be able to create process maps in selected groups, but not give them the same admin rights and powers of a BA or a PM.

Reference field in User Profile
One of our analysts has requested a user reference field in the user profile. This would allow us to cross reference with another system using employee number.
You could even have phone number and a way to download a nice contacts list.2 votes -
search window in minimode
When sharing a process group or groups in minimode, recipients can't avail of a search function. They have to click through the hierarchy and forage to find relevant processes, documents or forms.
Having the awesome Promapp Search functionality in minimode would make this feature so much more powerful.1 vote -
Ability to add roles to a responsibility
As mentioned by Peter on the idea to increase the number of roles allowed to be assigned to an activity …
The ability to add Roles to a Responsibility (in addition to being able to assign named persons to a responsibility) would be great and improve the communication of process changes to the right staff.
Currently we only add staff to their job role, not to a generic responsibility as it's just not practical from a maintenance point of view to do so.
If we could assign a role to a responsibility (or vice versa) that would mean staff receive…

Risk Module - Additional Features to Ensure Risk Compliance for Government Organisations
The risk module lacks compliance and risk management aspects especially for government organisations. As a Local Government we report to the state governments and to manage our risks to be compliant we need additional setting options and features added to the module to comply with relevant standards such as ISO 31000 risk management and ISO 19600 compliance management standards.

Ability to modify approval settings
It would be good to have the ability to modify approval settings/configurations for the approval module in Promapp. E.g. have settings for processes previously published and only updated not have to go through an approval process and just to go the publishing stage to be reviewed. Also the ability to set if stakeholders have to approve processes and settings that if a Promaster approves a process then other approver's tasks are over-ridden and the process goes for publishing are a few settings that would be nice to be able to modify.

Add the option to assign the sub-process in a portfolio to a system (where the process is automated)
We want to assign a sub-process within a portfolio (mega-process) to a system (Oracle) as the sub-process called ‘Generate PO and send to Supplier’ is done automatically by the Oracle system.
We have Oracle listed on our Promapp systems list, and can use it to assign swimlanes within a process to certain steps, but it does not come up as an option to assign it in the portfolio level.1 vote -
Make some text boxes larger (Trigger/Starts, Inputs, Outputs)
It would be great if the Trigger/Starts, Inputs and Outputs text boxes were larger/longer. It's difficult to type in, particularly for people learning to use Promapp, after typing a few words you can't see your sentence in full.

Improving the automatic dashboard notification email
Would we improve the look and feel of the automatic dashboard notifications include:
- Allowing us to customise the messages which appears
- Extend the hyperlink in the email to either the entire box or also the number in the coloured, not just the text (please see attached image).
Currently the hyperlink is only clickable if you click the words "Process Changes" or "Document Changes", however I am finding that users are trying to clicke the number in the colour box, or just the box area in general.6 votes -
Ability to change ordering of Systems under Map view
Systems are currently ordered alphabetically when selecting the 'Systems' option within the map view of a process.
Is it possible to add a feature where a user could choose to order them by 'Step(s)' instead?

Have different branding options for different group of processes
Hello,
we use brands for e.g. our project management framework, including a logo. Therefore it would be great to have different 'branding options', so we can e.g. include the project management logo into all related processes.
This is quite important for us, we strive to map all our processes in Promapp, but without branding option our marketing team will still recreate thosel processes in InDesign and we lose quite a lot of ability...Thank you!

Prevent users being disabled if they are a PO or PE
It is currently possible to disable users when they are a PO/PE.
There is no warning to tell you that you need to reassign their process ownership/expert responsibilities. Then when you go to reassign their processes as Process Owner, if the Process Expert is also disabled, it is not possible to reassign the PO.A few solutions:
1) Prevent users being disabled if they are a PO or PE
2) Warn the Promaster that they should be reassigned first
3) Allow a PO to be reassigned even if the PE is disabled and vice versa.Please remember that Promasters leave…

Enable a bulk update to linked documents
We have recently changed document management systems and all document links are now broken and must be updated manually within each process.
An option to bulk update linked documents would help!

When a checklist is discarded it cannot be reopened. Another team member discarded my current checklist.
