Turn of Process Variations
I would like an easy way to turn off variations in a process - i.e. click a button to have the standard version become the only process and all variations removed. Especially when there have been no changes.

delete variation
We have global variations which cover our different business units and for the most part our processes apply to all the business units, but for some instances the business unit may not perform a specific process and I would like to remove the specific global variation on those processes. At the moment, I can't delete them due to being global variations. Could you add a feature to allow us to remove (and perhaps add back) global variations?

a way to Merge duplicative process maps
we are finding that our users are creating a lot of similar processes in Promapp that are really just variations of a single process flow, and would like to be able to have promasters be able to select multiple processes to combine together. Once that is done, they can label the merged processes as variations to keep one workflow

Change log to identify which process variation an entry is for
For example the if a variation is updated and published separately from the standard the publication change entry does not have the variation listed in the process name, so it is not possible to use the report download to produce an accurate publication date summary report.

Enable the copy functionality for both standard processes as well as variants.
Would be useful to enable the copy of variations of a process same as for standard as currently if aiming to replicate a variant , one needs to start by copying a standard and the recreating the variation within.

Process review notifications
Currently, with Explicit Process Review turned on, we are notified that there is a process that needs to be reviewed. A notification is added to the dashboard prompting action. When the review is attempted an error is generated because the review is outside of 8weeks from due date.
I propose that the notification isn't delivered to the dashboard until the action is able to be completed. Getting a notification 2 weeks beofre being able to complete the task is pointless and wastes time investigating the dashboard notifications.

Restore historical versions of Standard/Variations
It would be helpful if we could be able to restore historical versions of Standard maps as well as the variations from the change log. At the moment we can only revert back to previous releases on stand alone maps.

Better decision points
Hi - is it possible to change how decision points work so that both yes and no actions (when complete) can join on to the same path? It is very common in process mapping tools for this to be the case.
In the attached file, action 3.0 could connect to action 4.0 instead of another "Outputs"
thanks

Process Changes not Yet Viewed by User report
Hi,
I generate the Process Changes not Yet Viewed by User report every month to monitor compliance within the business. I have just found out that Nintex has changed the report and now it can only be generated for one role at a time, not for all roles. As a business with 44 roles, this will be a time consuming process. Promapp is meant to assist us in streamlining processes, not create lengthier time consuming processes. I have raised this with the Support team, because initially I thought the report wasn't working for me.
We have been a long-term, reliable,…

API Reporting for Process Variations
Report identifying the number of process-specific variations across all groups. Currently, there is no easy way to understand what processes have specific variations.

Enable process variations to be saved in different groups
I need to put variations of a process into different groups relevant to the appropriate business unit / country.
Please can there be a work around or improvement on this?
Many thanks

Variations should be viewed by how they are entered
I have a process for Purchase of Goods and Services and there are different variations for the $ value required for said goods or service. When I entered the variation (and go to modify my variations), they are listed as in attachment 1 by dollar value in ascending order. However, when I open the process to view it, the dropdown box appears and they are all out of order (attachment 2) for me to select which variation I wish to view. I put in a support call with the outcome being that "The variations get grouped together with similar numbers…

Enable adding parallel activities in process variation
I would like to be able to add tasks in parallel in a process version. I can't do this and I can't change in the standard process either once I created variations.
The point here is to make sense of the process with tasks that start and are carried out at the same time. It is therefore not possible to use notes or a mini process to express this.
I find that such a restriction really blocks the use of process variations.

Change the display of process names for linked processes with variations
Currently when a Process Variation is linked into another process only the name of the process is shown without the variation title (refer to Nintex Support Case #00328577).
Suggestion: display the Process Name and the Variation Title e.g. Book Travel:: International for all linked processes that include variations.6 votes
