Comments in training units
When signing a staff member off in a competency unit, there is a text box to add comments and the option to attach a file. When that training record is viewed, there is an icon on that person's competency line, but no sign of any of the comments entered.
Would like to be able to view/access comments entered when signing off training and competency.2 votes -

It would be good to have reports available for exporting for onboarding/training statistics.

Archive function for particular personal or training units
When you have set up training in the system and people have completed the training, but have changed role and no longer require refresher training there is no way of archiving that persons training record for the training unit so instead it shows as expired until such time that person leaves the business or the complete refresher training. It would be great to be able to archive them so the training evidence is still in the system but not physically visible. This is important especially for KPI reporting for training and overdue training.

Mark as Complete Button on Onboarding & Training Add-On
We're just getting going using the Onboarding & Training add-on, and some of our initial user feedback was that the testers would have liked the "Mark As Complete" button to also appear on the Training Unit page so that once they were done reviewing all the associated processes/videos/documentation/external links, they could just click the button and be done vs going back to My Dashboard > My Training and click "Mark As Complete".

Change the onboarding owner
When an onboarding owner goes on leave they usually want someone to step in to support the onboarding process. Currently there is no way to change the onboarding owner other than to have the other person set up an onboarding plan for the same employee. This makes for a messy experience for the onboarding trainee who has two entries in their plan.

Deleting onboarding in progress or closed
Would like to be able to delete closed or in in-progress onboarding for occasions where this is no longer applicable or created in error.

Specify an onboarding owner when setting up an onboarding plan
Currently if you set up an onboarding plan for someone you automatically become their owner. Not useful to centralise this activity. Please allow admins to set the onboarding owner and the new starter so we can set up onboarding plans on behalf of managers.

When reporting on training units, scheduled date does not display when completed date
Scheduled dates should always be maintained so we can identify if people completed units on time or late. Currently we won't know if a training unit was completed late if they have completed it because the scheduled date is removed when a completed date is added.

Reassign Supervisors of Training roles without having to schedule new training
Reassign Supervisors of Training roles without having to schedule new training as if you do this then you have to re-upload all evidence or supporting documents. People change roles and supervisors often and it becomes very time consuming rescheduling training when it is not due.

add filter to training dashboard
You should be able to filter the "my training" dashboard in the exact same way you can in the "my reviews" dashboard - by due in 3 or 12 months. Having recurring annual or bi-annual training sitting in your dashboard is unnecessary and I have had feedback from our team that they are annoyed by it clogging their dashboard. As you already have this filter in another tab of the dashboards, it must mean it is possible for the training tab.

flexibility of viewing intraining module
Currently not all can view training module records unless they are an administrator. This is a problem as we want managers in the company to view training status of a training unit or of a team, but do not want them to have access to inadvertently change records, and do not want their dashboard filled with training notifications.
We would like to be able to assign multiple viewers to a training or competency unit please.

Competency sign-off
Owners should be able to raise training by person as well as training module, this is particularly true for competency renewal which is often undertaken for a person over a range of competencies
