  1. Creating New Users and Assigning Group Rights

    When creating new users we should be able to manage their group access rights in the same window. Going to the Manage Groups section after creating new users takes up way too much time and is often forgotten.

  2. Ability to filter Processes Awaiting Approval by Approver

    Ability to filter Processes Awaiting Approval by Approver in order to facilitate sending a report to each approver. Ideally, an automatic report that would be sent to each approver after x number of days of not being approved but could be manually filtered and sent in the meantime

  3. Ability to remove 'Next Process Forum' section on Organisation's Dashboard

    My organisation does not use this field at all so it would be good to have the ability to remove this from our Organisation's Dashboard.

  4. Remove Contact Support

    Allow me to hide the Contact Support under the Help menu. I don't want the general user contacting Nintex Support. Many times they are asking a question about a process that Nintex can't answer or they are reporting an issue that should be vetted through the Promasters or our internal help desk first.

  5. Singapore Data Center

    Most of the government or large commercial customers will not go for Promapp unless we have a data center in Singapore. Does Nintex have any plans of hosting Promapp in Singapore Data Center ?

  6. Change the time of Dashboard notification emails

    Can the timing of the Dashboard email be changed so that it is not in the early hours of the morning (New Zealand time). We have staff who need to leave their phones on overnight and beside their bed, with email notifications turned on and the notification is waking them up.

  7. Timeframe - make it more convenient to read/write from Edit mode.

    While in the Edit mode for a process, it would be more convenient to have or display the current timeframes values right there on the Activities while in Edit mode versus having to change screens and clicking into a dedicate page to read and data enter timeframes.

    Even the ability to display and read the current timeframes value on an activity while you are editing tasks would be nice. Better would be to read and write.

    Better user experience, usability and less clicking to get work done.

  8. Allow the Process map to be in portrait mode when export to PDF

    When printing the procedure to PDF, Can we have an option for the process map to be either portrait or landscape. If portrait orientation was selected, the process map would scale to fit the page, making it more user/reader friendly.

  9. Move Triggers and Inputs section on Procedure to the top

    Wouldn't it make sense for the 'Triggers and Inputs' section to be at the top rather than at the end of the procedure. They are supposed to support the user experience by providing information on what triggers the process yet most users would not know to scroll to the end of procedure to see them. A trigger starts the process, so it makes sense for it to be at the beginning.

  10. System Tag Re-indexing - go beyond just the tag to the system but to the references in the process itself.

    We recently Re-indexed our the name and definition of an CRM we sunset recently with the name of the new CRM we implemented.
    While the tags on th particular Activities changed, the utterances or references within th process content itself did not change...great to have an option to re-index the system tags within the task content.
    We'll have to catch these on our annual process reviews, or have to get teams to commit to manually doing this.

  11. Ability to add text/note beneath a linked process

    It would be helpful to be able to add text beneath a linked process to add context or specific instructions within a wider process.

    It would also be useful to be able to edit the name of the process to fit in to the wider process that it's linked within.

  12. Bulk change user - risk of publishing processes that are"Unpublished"

    When in the users tab, "update ownership" indicates when a process is "In Progress" but it does not indicate if a process is "Unpublished" and is not ready to be published. The way to differentiate status is in the Process list report but it should be indicated on the "Update Ownership screen. It could be the same blue warning as for "In Progress".

  13. Archiving and Linked Documents

    Documents that were linked to an archived process lose their associations and float freely in the system. We need to know when these linked documents would be affected by archiving, and it would be even more helpful to be able to archive them simultaneously if it is shown that they are only linked to the process being archived.

  14. Indicate when a note or task exists within activity step

    Ability to visually allow the reader to know that there is further detail under an activity like a task or note. Either by color of activity or some marker. Users do not inherently know to review the dialog box or procedure and may miss key information.

    Be able to configure when emails should be sent and to who (Owner, Exert, Approver, Publisher, Stakeholder) when certain events take place.
    For Example
    1. Review date approaching and/or past
    2. Approve Request
    3. Feedback
    4. Changes to a published process
    5. Change of Owner, Expert, Approver, Publisher, Stakeholder

  16. Expand Promapp Reporting API

    Its great to finally have a promapp reporting api. It has helped identify focus areas to target our process mapping efforts.

    Now I would like to create reports to help me QA and understand Projects Impacts. There are a few fields I need from the API that I can't currently get.

    These include:
    System Tags (To build a report that can identify impacted processes when systems change)
    Search Keywords (We use this to reference a matching APQC number that the process is representing or replacing)
    Roles and Responsibilities (To Report on What processes a role is involved in)

  17. Nintex Promapp Homepage

    My “welcome” page shows 3 process changes yet when I click on it there are “no records found”. Tanzim investigated and found that the total number 'Process Changes' from your homepage = 'Process Changes' dashboard + 'New Processes' dashboard under 'My Dashboard > My Changes'.
    I recommend that you change the homepage and include “New Processes” as well as it is misleading having them listed under “Process Changes”.

  18. Add report for all processes by role keyword

    Often times we need to together the processes by a specific department. This will include several roles (ie Purchasing - Contract Admin, Purchasing - Buyer, etc). At a minimum, I would like to see a report that can search on role keyword to be exported to Excel with minimode links. I would really like to be able to print this package of processes to be able to provide to an executive leader, as they generally prefer to get the pdf version in a packaged manner.

  19. Automatic Publish after first version

    Posting on behalf of Anthony at Nhshire

    They would like approval process for first publish and then the option for subsequent publishes to just go through.

    This is so authors follow the correct guidelines. Once those are guidelines, are met they do not require approval subsequent publishes.

  20. Process experts and process owners need to be able to import processes, not just promasters

    At present, only promasters can import processes from other organisations who are sharing them with us. This is a waste of time, especially as we are encouraging process experts and process owners to drive their promapping and make contact with other organisations for promapping help.
