  1. pin favourite groups to top on the front page

    We suggest creating the ability to pin favourite groups to the top of the front page in order to help staff easily identify their favourites.
    Similar functionality to what is available in SharePoint or file explorer where you can pin a file / folder which raises it to the top of the screen.

  2. Update 'LastReviewedDate' column descriptor in Reporting API

    Currently in the ProcessReviews and ProcessReviewsHistorical tables in the reporting API there is a column titled 'LastReviewedDate'. This column isn't the date of the last review for the process, but instead is the date the actual review was completed for each scheduled review instance. Having the descriptor as 'LastReviewedDate' makes understanding the data more confusing than necessary, especially as the value is always null in the ProcessReviews table.
    Could the descriptor be updated to 'ReviewCompletedDate' or something similar that more correctly describes what the data is?

  3. Allow unpublished process to be archived

    I want to archive a process that has not yet been published.
    It does not make sense to publish it, as it has not been approved, rather the organisation has taken a different approach.
    We would like the ability to keep this process as their is significant history in its development up to that point

  4. view people assigned to a role in procedure view

    suggest to enable the same functionality that is in map view where we are able to hover over the role to see the users assigned to the roles, to also apply this function in the procedure view.

  5. colour coding/branding of favourite groups

    We have a growing number of businesses within our promapp site which means that we add a new group at the top level whenever there is a new acquisition. The favourite heart on the group is helpful but it is not visually as impactful as we would like.
    Suggestion to colour the whole of the group when selected as a favourite, not just the heart. Also to enable colour coding of the groups, this would more easily draw the eye to recognise the brand colour. Additionally ability to add an image/logo to a group would again assist staff to easily…

  6. Remove declined processes from the publish list...

    pushing forward with @AnthonyKumnick's request as it's been 3 years and whilst there was a response from Nintex that there was no intention of doing this, but to still put forward feedback, you can no longer vote on the issue but this is important and I believe should be looked at:

    "As a publisher. Once I've declined a process I want it removed from my list...i.e. it should be automatically sent back to "In Progress" status.

    What I'm having to do now is go in and edit and save the process to remove it from the list."

  7. Add ability to convert tasks or activities to notes

    Currently you can convert an activity to a task, or a task to an activity. It would be helpful to also allow converting a task/activity to a note and vice versa.

    This would be most useful in cases of importing files from Visio, as you can convert to a note in the import function, however most users find the import coding inconvenient, so prefer to import the text directly and make changes once it is in the normal process editing screen.

  8. Improve UX when submitting processes for approval

    When submitting for approval you click the button in the top right, but at the next step - entering description - the bottom right button saves, but doesn't submit. That button is now on the left. Might smooth the UX if these were switched.

  11. Nintex Promapp Homepage

    My “welcome” page shows 3 process changes yet when I click on it there are “no records found”. Tanzim investigated and found that the total number 'Process Changes' from your homepage = 'Process Changes' dashboard + 'New Processes' dashboard under 'My Dashboard > My Changes'.
    I recommend that you change the homepage and include “New Processes” as well as it is misleading having them listed under “Process Changes”.

  12. Bulk change user - risk of publishing processes that are"Unpublished"

    When in the users tab, "update ownership" indicates when a process is "In Progress" but it does not indicate if a process is "Unpublished" and is not ready to be published. The way to differentiate status is in the Process list report but it should be indicated on the "Update Ownership screen. It could be the same blue warning as for "In Progress".

  13. Timeframe - make it more convenient to read/write from Edit mode.

    While in the Edit mode for a process, it would be more convenient to have or display the current timeframes values right there on the Activities while in Edit mode versus having to change screens and clicking into a dedicate page to read and data enter timeframes.

    Even the ability to display and read the current timeframes value on an activity while you are editing tasks would be nice. Better would be to read and write.

    Better user experience, usability and less clicking to get work done.

    Be able to configure when emails should be sent and to who (Owner, Exert, Approver, Publisher, Stakeholder) when certain events take place.
    For Example
    1. Review date approaching and/or past
    2. Approve Request
    3. Feedback
    4. Changes to a published process
    5. Change of Owner, Expert, Approver, Publisher, Stakeholder

  16. Expand Promapp Reporting API

    Its great to finally have a promapp reporting api. It has helped identify focus areas to target our process mapping efforts.

    Now I would like to create reports to help me QA and understand Projects Impacts. There are a few fields I need from the API that I can't currently get.

    These include:
    System Tags (To build a report that can identify impacted processes when systems change)
    Search Keywords (We use this to reference a matching APQC number that the process is representing or replacing)
    Roles and Responsibilities (To Report on What processes a role is involved in)

  17. Change the time of Dashboard notification emails

    Can the timing of the Dashboard email be changed so that it is not in the early hours of the morning (New Zealand time). We have staff who need to leave their phones on overnight and beside their bed, with email notifications turned on and the notification is waking them up.

  19. Archiving and Linked Documents

    Documents that were linked to an archived process lose their associations and float freely in the system. We need to know when these linked documents would be affected by archiving, and it would be even more helpful to be able to archive them simultaneously if it is shown that they are only linked to the process being archived.
