  1. Show Total Annual Time in Hours in Cycle Cost and Related Reports

    We love the Timeframe Functionality.

    In the Map View under Cycle Cost it could be valuable that we include a value for Total Annual Time in hours. Currently we have the total Cycle Cost ($), Annual Volume and the calculated Total Annual Cost ($).

    In our firm and under our Lean program we provide values for annual estimated cost and time as estimates for business cases and to quantify value for improvement initiatives.

    Great too if the suggested value was also in the related reports: Process Cost Savings Report; Process Time Savings Report.

  2. Consider creating a distribution list to be used in Checklist assign to function

    Hi
    We have a scenario where our Site based Engineers do not know who is on shift in our Perth office and as such, cannot utilise the assign function in the Checklists.
    They would like to see if a distribution list can be created with ALL relevant individuals expected to be responsible to carry out the said activity once assigned by the engineers?
    (This will enable someone on that distribution list, irrespective if they are on shift or not, to be responsible for that activity / task to be carried out).

  3. My Changes>Processes for Publishing: Processes getting double declined; rough Author experience.

    We have configured that only our Promasters have a ability to Publish processes.

    We have a total of 4 Promasters monitoring and publishing or declining.

    We have had several processes where separate Promasters have declined the same process because the process still sits in the Processes for Publishing queue when declined and until a Process Author touches it to commence editing.

    Either:
    a) drop the process completely from the queue when declined, or

    b)have an additional column to show that it is currently declined, or

    c)have a new Type value that indicates Currently Declined, but definitly not Awaiting Publishing as…

  4. Possibility to customize the iFrames of the process maps

    It would be great if it is possible to do additional settings on the sharing links. We use the Promapp maps on SharePoint pages but sometimes we have troubles to fit the maps in the iFrame.

  5. Create a view and feedback only version interface of Promapp

    We want Promapp to be the single source for all processes within out organisation. As the majority of our staff are process recipents rather then owners, champions, experts or authors, it would be great if there was a view and feedback only version that all untrained staff could access to view published process and provide feedback.

  6. Ability to change improvement portfolio

    Within the Improvement Module, I'd like to be able to change the Improvement Portfolio for an improvement. It's doesn't appear that it's currently possible to do this.

    I'm utilising the Improvement Module to collect staff suggestions. Some of these suggestions will turn into an Engineering Change, which I also manage as a separate portfolio within the Improvement module.

    I would like to be able to change portfolio for an open improvement. Currently this isn't possible so i need to close the original improvement and cut and paste the information into a new improvement.

  7. Consulted Actors at Activity level

    I'd like to suggest a feature to specify the level of roles (actors) at the activity or task level for consulted and informed stakeholders. These roles would feed into the RACI as either consulted or informed but not appear in the map on swimlanes.

    This would help us to report on stakeholders without adding unnessary swimlanes on maps and reducing the clutter by keeping only responsible roles on swimlanes.

  8. 'Email process' Option to be sent from individual users email address not 'Promapp-noreply

    Is there an option to change the email address when someone uses the 'Email Process' option (showed in attachment) to the individual's email address rather than 'promapp-noreply@promapp.com.au'?

  9. Allow bulk updating of review dates

    We are wanting to update the explicit review date frequencies for our processes (500+) and there is no way to do this by bulk, meaning we are going to have go through one by one and make these changes which is absurd.

    Ideally, we would have liked to export our processes, update the review date frequency column and import this into Promapp.

    Introduce a report for general feedback, to track feedback when it does not come from a process. Currently the only tracking method is the email.

  12. Removing Print option from Minimode

    It would be great if "Print" option can be removed from the MiniMode versions of the Processes. The purpose of MiniMode is to give you an always current process. While when people print the processes this "current/latest version" feature is compromised. Also printing doesn't help our environment anyways. The "Configure" section for Print, Import, Export actually has nothing/no options for Print. Either change the Title/Name in Configure to be just Import/Export or it would be awesome to provide a feature to turn printing on/off.

  13. Improvement Module - Enable editable tabs, under Create Actions

    The “Create Actions” phase for the Improvement Module has predefined labels such as: remedial, monitor risk, change process, provide training and other actions. My suggestion is to enable these labels to be editable so that the consumer could choose whichever label makes sense for them.

  14. Improvements Module - Disabling of Locations

    We use the Improvements Module extensively to report our incidents and complaints. The Location field is of course an important field which determines where the item is sent to and the subsequent workflow. However we have now had the improvements module for about 4 years and our 'Locations' are changing. We cannot remove ones that have been previously used and if we type over ones they are changed historically back through items that are open and even closed. Should there not be an ability to disable location selections?
