Dynamic dropdown options
Make the dropdown field options able to be determined by rules.
IF variable1 = 'x' THEN dropdown options = 'a,b,c'
IF variable1 = 'y' THEN dropdown options = 'd,e,f'etc.

There is not currently a way to get distinct values in a data lookup
I would like the ability to display distinct values from a SharePoint 365 List using the data lookup control.

Default connector availability
Please make new connectors disabled by default and let administrators know new features are connectors are available somehow, or give us an option to toggle off as the default in the options somewhere. Controlled rollout of these connectors is desired, especially when they are for other cloud services that are not organizationally approved.

Start Form Secure Inputs
Would be great to have an option like in Power Automate where you can create secured inputs so that the collected data cannot be viewed from the instance start details.
6 votesThank you for the suggestion.
Is this a matter of just protecting the view on the instance start details? or is there more to consider when classifying the secured inputs?

Add snippets functionality to NWC
Following from a discussion on the community, it would be great to bring the Nintex for SharePoint functionality of snippets to NWC.
Snippets allows for parts of a workflow to be saved to a gallery for easy re-use in other workflows.

Add Nintex Services status page link to NWC Dashboard Settings area
Can we add a link to the Nintex Services status page somewhere in the NWC dashboard? Possibly in the Settings tab so that it is quickly available to administrators while troubleshooting failed instances. It occurred to me while putting together our training material for the new NWC Practitioner course that users will have to dig for that page or know the link off the top of their heads.

Input a specific email for Workflow Instance Fails Alert Notifications
It would be great if you could just set an email of your choosing for Workflow Fails outside of the choices given. For example I have all my workflows throughout the Nintex workflow suite to send email notifications to a Microsoft Teams, would be great to have the same option to do so with NWC with failed instances.

Update File Name in Workflow
Would be great if there was a way to update the name of a file that has been submitted via a Nintex Form within the workflow instance itself. This would make it much easier to associate files with other references provided within the form, such as a Title or Name.

Enable Workflow failure notification for Development Workflows - NWC
Enable Workflow failure notification alerts on Nintex Workflow Cloud. This would be really useful when multiple workflows are under development. Instead of reviewing the Instance details regularly, the alerts would make it easier to get an insight on failed workflow instances.

My Nintex layout
Different view options would be fantastic here in the "My Nintex" page. Currently a single column of forms doesn't look great and isn't very descriptive. There needs to be a description as to what the form is for, and even the ability to categorize the forms into "Departments" or "Functions" this could be hidden by default, or on hover. The form links would look great loaded as responsive tiles for example, or in multiple columns grouped by categories.
13 votesWe are looking into various improvements across my Nintex specifically around display forms, categorization and security trimming.
Feel free to add further suggestions as we plan for these improvements.

Schedule option
I have the requirement to run the workflow Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. I don't see anywhere to set it in the Schedule. Can you please help? This feature is very common in Windows Server: Task Scheduler. Thanks!

Projects + Project-specific permissions
As NWC works at present, everything is in large, global lists. Workflows, Connections and Data Sources show everything. Permissions are at one top-tier level in the tenant (with the additional layer of granting ownership to individual workflows). While this works if the team using NWC is just a small set of developers in IT, I think going forward many users would like to use NWC as more of a hub they can manage their Nintex projects (and complete their tasks/forms*) from - the current structure doesn’t allow for something like this.
* really loving the addition of the My Nintex…9 votesThanks Samuel, great suggestions.. Someone from our UX team will reach out shortly to discuss this further..

More flexibility with buttons - especially a Cancel button
I wish NWC had either a default Cancel button or the ability to add one. I have a couple of forms that I'm redesigning in NWC and they are essentially worksheets that have no need for a workflow - they just help the user make a determination. It would be nice if the user could click a 'Cancel' button to clear out the form and start over.
Alternately it would be nice to be able to hide the 'Submit' button based on a case like this, or to use rules to hide it based on form data.

Show where variables are used in workflow
Within the variable menu you should be able to see where a variable is being used (what actions) within the workflow.
If you need to find and replace a variable within the workflow designer (such as needing to change a variable's type), when working with large workflows it is hard to find where the variables are being used, but you cannot update/remove the variable until all instances are removed from existing actions.

import workflows with missing custom actions
ref:00D90q6Cb.5002v2sALNR:ref
If a workflow contains a custom action from another environment, and then the workflow is imported into another environment, without that custom action. The import will fail.
Please implement a mechanism to cope with missing actions, so that the workflow can be imported in and give the end user the option to remove the incompatible action.

Nintex Mobile Push Notification
With being able to run Nintex Workflow as well as install the mobile application, it would be helpful to be able to send a push notification to the users phone within the workflow as a new action item.

Workflow search actions/variables
Sometimes you want to quickly jump to a certain action, or see where a certain variable is used. It would be great if there was a search bar somewhere on the workflow designer (see top-right of image for example) where you could search to match any variable names, action internal names, action renames) and it would bring them up a list of matches. Then you click next/previous to jump/highlight that action in the workflow (or if possible open the config and highlight where the value is used).
An awesome extension to this would be to 'remove all' instances of a…
