Rules builder now allows the checking of a browser query parameter to conditionally format the form. However, what would be exceptionally valuable would to be able to set the value of a form field equal to the value of the browser query parameter. If this was possible, we could generate the URL to the NWC form with parameter (unique GUID) in SharePoint, send it out to a user, and then match the submitted form back up with the parent process in SharePoint. At the moment, rules only allow form fields to be set to a hard coded value.51 votes
We are continuing to refine the process of rules and formula builder which includes the get query string function. We will update this item when we get closer to release.
We need more options for Default file storage. one drive for business is not the right solution in many cases. I want my forms to save to a SharePoint library,3 votes
Just to let you know, the development team has begun the work to remove the need for a Default file storage configuration. Stay tuned, I’ll send out further updates as this progresses.
