New page functionality is great! Wouldn't it be nice to make the pages conditionally appear based on other fields.

Please add Exchange Online triggers and actions to Nintex Workflow Cloud. I would love to be able to use the following examples:

• Run workflow when an email is received
• Move email to folder
• Get email

And I also would love to be able to get these ability for Office Group Mailboxes.

Should be able to determine a default value for a Data Lookup control. This could be configured so that the default would be the "first" value returned by the control, or when the data lookup only returns one value it automatically becomes the value that is displayed.

I would really love to see an option where I can save a task form and edit it later on, like the start forms.

The ability from a form rule to create a PDF of the completed form.

Often on submit customers want to save a copy of the completed form itself in PDF format to a document store for record keep purposes.

Developers don't want to create a separate report for this purpose, a quick and dirty print to PDF that looks reasonably clean will tick the box for this requirement for auditability requirements.

The document should then be made available within the workflow to save away accordingly in a workflow event.

Currently, if forms in Nintex Workflow Cloud require support for multiple languages, the designer has to create a form for every language required. As an NWC workflow start event only supports one form, it means creating a workflow for every language required (unless someone has a better way).

It would be great if NWC supported language variations or, at the very least, allow one workflow to support multiple forms for language variations.

Missing the ability to auto complete tasks, as found in Nintex for Office 365 for instance.

Would be great if this feature was added to NWC aswell.

It would be great to be able to configure tenant-wide variables (maybe as a tab in the settings section of the tenant). This would allow creating variables accessible in all forms/workflows that define legal disclaimers or even image urls, so that when updated in this one location chages would be automatically be reflected in all forms.

(Not sure how feesible this is as unsure if the workflows/forms would need to be republished to reflect the variable change).

When designing multi-page forms, it would be great to be able to add an image to the Header area for the entire form. Our main use-case for these forms to date has been external, anonymous forms to capture data back into our systems - in that case, we like to include our company logo at the top of the form. With multi-page forms, the only option I see is to add the logo to each page.

Create a new data type for Currency, in Nintex Forms so that so that data can be entered in the form “19.590,00”,“2.000.000,00”, “25.560,00”, “900,00”

Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section. It would be of more value to provide an option to save them to 'Files' section under a Salesforce Object, since 'Notes and Attachments' section is depreciating.

I would love to see enhancements to scheduled start. Scenarios I would like to see are:

• Every x Monday of the month
• Every x workday of the month

Support for a workflow constant where the value can be persisted.

We are using forms as check-lists where the users will have to revisit forms over multiple days. The save draft allows us to do this - however, the users might have multiple drafts of the same form. Therefore we would love a simple feature that allows to save the draft with a name. This would make it easier for the user to find the correct draft instead of going through all of them.

Simply get any Manager's information and show it in the form.

Would be awesome to have a select option "Select All" export to CSV button. At the moment I'm having to open a failed instance in a new tab (Because if you click back on normal window you'll have to manually scroll back down to where you were) one by one at the "Instance start data" and pasting it into an Excel spreadsheet to get a better picture of why it failed.

Grey font used in pre-filled/read-only form controls is not dark enough relative to the grey background shading. Very difficult to focus/read.

Create a new role for users to view override tasks for a particular workflow.
Currently a user that would like to view the tasks in NWC needs to be a Global Administrator.
As we build more solutions on NWC, it would be good to have a specific user role for overriding tasks but for particular workflows. IE, if the user is a workflow owner AND the new 'task override role', they will have the ability to view and override tasks.

It would be nice to have the workflow name be a link from the Tasks Menu Screen to view the workflow details. Often times when troubleshooting a workflow issue it takes forever to track down the workflow related to a task.

A lot of our European form users are complaining on the Decimal and Currency fields not allowing comma as a decimal separator (the form control completely blocks entering anything but numbers and dot).

This escalates quickly from a UX issue to a process error issue when someone submits a x100 value in the field (it's really easy to not notice the comma being 'eaten' by the field, especially for users of the numeric part of standard keyboards).

It would help greatly if we could set cultureInfo or field format for value parsing on the decimal and currency fields.
