Please add an Exchange Online connector
Please add Exchange Online triggers and actions to Nintex Workflow Cloud. I would love to be able to use the following examples:
- Run workflow when an email is received
- Move email to folder
- Get email
And I also would love to be able to get these ability for Office Group Mailboxes.
72 votesWe have recently added an Exchange Online connector.
We are not able to start a workflow based on an e-mail yet, but this will be coming later this year as well.

Enable action "Nintex Workflow Cloud - Get tasks" to query tasks created by action "Assign a task to multiple users"
The "Get Tasks" action cannot obtain any information about tasks created by "Assign a task to multiple users". Accordingly, there is no way to detect the ongoing tasks from the same workflow or other workflows. Although I implemented the workaround by combining "Assign a task" actions and "Run parallel paths" action, the parallel tasks cannot be more than 9 due to the limitation of "Run parallel" action, and the workflow design gets very complicated.

Add Oracle Connector to Nintex Workflow Cloud
Will you please add an Oracle Connector to Nintex Workflow Cloud that would permit workflows to log in to an Oracle database as a user and perform tasks that the user is authorized to perform (e.g., Create, Read, Update, Delete, Select) operations? Thank you.

There is not currently a way to get distinct values in a data lookup
I would like the ability to display distinct values from a SharePoint 365 List using the data lookup control.

Add metadata when storing file in SharePoint Online
When using "Store a file" in the SharePoint Online connector, it is not possible to assign metadata. The metadata is even required, so the file uploaded is not completed. So you must store them fileID and then update the item with the correct metadata. Would be much more convenient to let us add metadata at once!
25 votesHi Arne,
Apologies in the delay in responding to you, and thanks again for submitting your requests!
This scenario makes sense – I’ll add this into our backlog for review and prioritisation. I will endeavour to keep this ticket updated with any progress.

Azure Active Directory Connector - Query User - Adding additional AD fields
Additional common Azure Active Directory Connector fields need to be pulled in for querying a users by such as Office. We are needing to use the Active Directory Query Users Control to pull emails for staff members based off their Office and Job Title. With this we have notice that with this control, we can query most of the basic fields in Azure AD other then Office. Adding this would help where multiple people have the same title but are in different office building.
This is based on a ticket (case 00404834) I put in about a month ago where…

Dataverse Connector
Create a Dataverse Connector. This week I had 3 requests for that to be available. If it does not exist, I will need to recommend other Microsoft tools that have that options.

Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section.
Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section. It would be of more value to provide an option to save them to 'Files' section under a Salesforce Object, since 'Notes and Attachments' section is depreciating.

Add sorting to the SharePoint Query List action
the SharePoint QUERY LIST action has no option to SORT the results like its ancestors in NW365 and NW2016. As there are no other sort actions or options this seems a real omission. (The SORT COLLECTION is very basic and not capable of sorting items in a collection).

Call a web service action with credential/token from existing connector
Most of the REST API endpoints required to supply Authorization: Bearer as part of the Header, if a different version of the "call a web service" action is provided with the capability to make use of the Connector(s) in Nintex Workflow Cloud, that will open up the opportunity of all available endpoints of the external system to which we are integrating with.
e.g. All the Actions of the Sharepoint online covers only few endpoints of the Sharepoint Online. The proposed version of "call a web service" will make the Sharepoint Connector to be used to access all the available Sharepoint…
11 votesHi KK, thanks for the suggestion. As we’ve recently released Nintex Xtensions, why not build a Connector using the Nintex Xtensions Framework?
This makes the action much more reusable and easier to configure. Or is your request to do with something else?
Thanks!

Add url or path condition to the SharePoint Online query a list action
Right now it's impossible to query for a specific document without the use of ID.
Unless you have the ID you are risking getting multiple results, for instance if the file name is not unique.
Please add the use of Url in the condition for the SharePoint Online query a list action.

Box Get Folders - Change Sort Order
When getting folders from Box, we are looping through them and due to the number of folders, the instance is taking over 10 mins at times.
If we had the ability to loop through folders in descending order rather than ascending, it will move the queue much faster.
Thanks9 votesThank you for providing the feedback on the Box – Get Folder action.
The initial request is primarily due to slow workflows. Sorting folders is of course an option, but would filtering the folders (to get a smaller resultset) also be a suitable solution?
Kind regards,

File variable support in Nintex Gateway for SQL On-premises
The Nintex gateway has been updated to include support for SQL On-premises.
There is a current data type limitation where file variables in a NWC workflow are not supported to binary, image, varbinary datatype fields.
It would be great to be able to capture an attachment to an NWC form and save it into an on-premise SQL table in a varbinary field.8 votesWe’re reviewing the technical feasibility of this feature with the team.

Ability to tag a user or a group using the @User function in the NWC Microsoft Teams - Post to a channel (Beta) action.
We will like to see the possibility to tag a Person using the @User function in Microsoft Teams using the NWC Microsoft Teams - Post to a channel (Beta) action.
It will be nice to tag this user via a variable.

Box - 'Share Folder link' action
Box - Share Folder link action:
This is supported in the Box API so can we have a 'Share Folder Link' action (or make the existing 'Share file link' action applicable to both scenarios) so that the share link can be used to update other line of business systems such as Salesforce?

Add Tables to ServiceNow Connector
The addition of the ServiceNow connector is HUGE for us! However, the major of usage for Nintex forms is with Call records, and/or Incidents.
I'm requesting that you add the Calls and Incidents tables to the available tables options in the ServiceNow connector configuration.
6 votesThank you for the feedback Joshua, I’ve added this to our backlog. I feel we can deliver this within the next 2-3 months, I’ll keep you posted on the status.

Allow the Microsoft Excel connector to work with SharePoint online libraries
Currently the NWC Microsoft Excel connector is limited to only work with files stored in OneDrive.
This needs to be an enterprise level connector that allows for excel files stored in SharePoint online document libraries.
Please extend the capability of this connector to work with files in SharePoint online.4 votesThanks for the feedback!
For the initial version of the Excel connector, a choice was made to work with OneDrive. If there's more interest in working with SharePoint Online, then we would like to add that functionality to the Connector.
A workaround that is possible at this time is to copy the file from SharePoint to OneDrive and work with that. We know this is not ideal, so please vote on this Idea if you find yourself implementing this workaround.
