  1. Please add an Exchange Online connector

Please add Exchange Online triggers and actions to Nintex Workflow Cloud. I would love to be able to use the following examples:

    • Run workflow when an email is received

    • Move email to folder

    • Get email

And I also would love to be able to get these ability for Office Group Mailboxes.

  2. Connector for Microsoft Teams

More and more people are now using Microsoft Teams! It would be very helpful if you could make a connector that could do all or some of the following things:
    - Post to a channel (Message and Card)
    - Send a chat message (Message and Card)
    - Create/Modify/Delete a Team
    - Create/Modify/Delete a Channel

  3. Add Oracle Connector to Nintex Workflow Cloud

Will you please add an Oracle Connector to Nintex Workflow Cloud that would permit workflows to log in to an Oracle database as a user and perform tasks that the user is authorized to perform (e.g., Create, Read, Update, Delete, Select) operations? Thank you.

  4. Add metadata when storing file in SharePoint Online

When using "Store a file" in the SharePoint Online connector, it is not possible to assign metadata. The metadata is even required, so the file uploaded is not completed. So you must store them fileID and then update the item with the correct metadata. Would be much more convenient to let us add metadata at once!

    Hi Arne,

Apologies in the delay in responding to you, and thanks again for submitting your requests!

This scenario makes sense – I’ll add this into our backlog for review and prioritisation. I will endeavour to keep this ticket updated with any progress.

    Regards,
    Kate

  5. Add support for paginated responses from Connector calls such as BOX.ccom

The current connectors for Box.com (and I assume others) do not support pagination. In the case of Box.com when a response has more than 200 items (For example a collection of files in a folder with '201 files') the Nintex connector will only return the first 200 entries.

This can cause logic failures in Workflows that are completing any type of search where the WF must loop through a collection of files or folders. With the current structure, the loop does not find a match if the file that would have been matched is past the first 200 entries.

  6. Microsoft Graph Integration - Connector / Directory / Actions

    https://graph.microsoft.io/en-us/docs

Using MS Graph, it may make it possible for some customers, to get directory hierarchy information for approvals, profile data and multiple other possibilities in the MS Stack.

  7. NWC SQL Queries - retrieve multiple columns

The SQL connectors allow a designer to select a single column for select queries. Many times we wish to select multiple columns. Can these actions be modified so we can add an unlimited number of columns?

  8. Retrieve an item action in NWC does not return People Display name

Currently using Retrieve an item for SharePoint in NWC, when the list column is People, it only available to return Peopel ID and email and there is no option to return Display name.
We would like to have additional option to return display name.

  10. Static IP for Nintex Workflow Cloud

Please consider purchasing a static ip for your cloud service.

    see https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/updates/static-public-ip-addresses-available-for-azure-virtual-machines/

To open up our databases/api's to Nintex to access we will need to add the full Dynamic Azure Ip range. ( The list is very long ).

    see
    https://community.nintex.com/t5/How-To-s/Nintex-Online-Services-IP-Addresses-to-Whitelist/ta-p/83587

It would be very difficult to enter and maintain as the list changes in most instances.

    Thanks

  12. Call a web service action with credential/token from existing connector

Most of the REST API endpoints required to supply Authorization: Bearer as part of the Header, if a different version of the "call a web service" action is provided with the capability to make use of the Connector(s) in Nintex Workflow Cloud, that will open up the opportunity of all available endpoints of the external system to which we are integrating with.

e.g. All the Actions of the Sharepoint online covers only few endpoints of the Sharepoint Online. The proposed version of "call a web service" will make the Sharepoint Connector to be used to access all the available Sharepoint…

Hi KK, thanks for the suggestion. As we’ve recently released Nintex Xtensions, why not build a Connector using the Nintex Xtensions Framework?

This makes the action much more reusable and easier to configure. Or is your request to do with something else?

    Thanks!

  13. Add Tables to ServiceNow Connector

The addition of the ServiceNow connector is HUGE for us! However, the major of usage for Nintex forms is with Call records, and/or Incidents.

I'm requesting that you add the Calls and Incidents tables to the available tables options in the ServiceNow connector configuration.

  14. Auto-create sharepoint online list

It would be really nice to have the option within the 'SharePoint Online - Create an Item' action, to be able to auto-create a SharePoint list with fields based on the form fields.

We have forms with 400+ fields worth of data that need to be stored. Manually creating a list in SharePoint Online with 400+ columns is so time consuming. Would be much easier if the two systems worked together to auto-create these columns.

  15. Add connector to Google Drive Team Drives

Google Drive connector only supports personal drive access. To use NWC in enterprise environment with Google Drive, Team Drives access is required

  16. Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section.

Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section. It would be of more value to provide an option to save them to 'Files' section under a Salesforce Object, since 'Notes and Attachments' section is depreciating.

  17. Ability to error trap in WFC and send email to requester

When a connector fails, it is necessary to trap the error. Then using that error to take action, such as send an email to the requester of the WFC. Currently, when a connector action fails, alerts can be sent to WFC administrators only.

  19. Box - 'Share Folder link' action

Box - Share Folder link action:

This is supported in the Box API so can we have a 'Share Folder Link' action (or make the existing 'Share file link' action applicable to both scenarios) so that the share link can be used to update other line of business systems such as Salesforce?

  20. Collections and open API the problems

There should be bi-directional linkage between arrays containing items as object and collections in nintex.

Open API v 3.0 should be supported.
