Would be great if there was a way to update the name of a file that has been submitted via a Nintex Form within the workflow instance itself. This would make it much easier to associate files with other references provided within the form, such as a Title or Name.68 votes
Within the variable menu you should be able to see where a variable is being used (what actions) within the workflow.
If you need to find and replace a variable within the workflow designer (such as needing to change a variable's type), when working with large workflows it is hard to find where the variables are being used, but you cannot update/remove the variable until all instances are removed from existing actions.58 votes
we cant see try catch activity in the workflow designer and its making problem big time for us in orchestrating the process flow as there is always set of activity which is error prone and if we dont put exception handling it will break the process instances so often and we are not able to take any remedation action of failure .40 votes
In the 'Assign a task' action in Nintex for Office 365 and Flexi task for Nintex for SharePoint there is an option to CC or BCC the task notification email.
Please add CC and BCC to the NWC 'Assign a task' action.
This is important as we migrate from the feature rich Nintex for SharePoint or Office 365 to NWC.35 votes
Will love to have the ability to zoom out a little more while working with huge workflows, to easily maneuver around the page.
There needs to be an option to add lazy approval actionable message to emails generated from tasks. One of the biggest drawbacks that is keeping me from switching from O365 to Cloud, is that option.
With current cloud lazy approval, user has to reply to email with response. With O365 actionable message, the user can click simply click on a response button. Having the user reply to an email, adds a layer of complexity that will allow for errors and delayed processes.29 votes
Missing the ability to auto complete tasks, as found in Nintex for Office 365 for instance.
Would be great if this feature was added to NWC aswell.26 votes
As per Dustin Namdar, to create a UserVoice request for activating Nintex Workflow based on a new row or a change being taken place in a row of Smartsheet.
I am sharing the API for add row and others below, that might help with the interface structure.
In short, looking for a new start event based on new rows added to Smartsheet.
Thank you24 votes
Although we’re providing an update to the smartsheet connector this month, it unfortunately doesn’t include Start Events.
We’re monitoring this item further to see if we’ll add this support in the future.
When a task is completed it would be handy to capture the JSON for debugging purposes. Alternatively if there was an action that logged all variables and their values, that would be useful too. It's possible to log all variables now but that means updating the action each time a new variable is created. If there was a "log all" action or something similar to the verbose logging that is available with Nintex on-prem this would help with debugging.24 votes
Noted. We do have the verbose logging feature that you mentioned in the backlog.
As for capturing the JSON of the tasks we’ll need to look into that in further detail on how we would do that.
Please add the option to format the Date field i.e
Thanks a lot for the suggestion. We would like to open this for feedback from other users.
We would also like to know what formats would you like to see supported?
I'd like to be able to send information to SmartSheet from my workflow. Currently the SmartSheet connector only supports retrieving information which limits my ability to use the connector.
Hey guys, could we have a few more options in the Format date action? e.g. ddd mmm yyyy. i.e. combinations that have full names of days and months both in dd mm order and mm dd order. Cheers20 votes
Currently files that are uploaded into a Task Form within NWC cannot be added to a File variable within the workflow designer as they're held as 'Collections' vs. 'Files'. Would be great if files from Task Forms acted as files throughout the rest of the workflow design.19 votes
This is currently being reviewed.
In the state machine action in Workflow for Sharepoint it is possible to move the branches left and right in the designer.
It would be great to be able to reorder the branches within a 'Branch By Stage' in the workflow designer.
Often additional branches are added to the workflow logic as the process is developed or enhanced. From a logic display point of view it would be very helpful to be able to reorder them.18 votes

Hi there, it would be great to be able to cater for business days only (exclude weekends), when configuring NWC task assignment reminders and escalations. Currently when specifying days as part of reminders and escalations there seems to be no easy way to exclude weekends. Thanks.17 votes
It would be great to have a default variable in the workflow the workflow that stores the link to a task form. Right now I grab these through the API connections but it would be much more intuitive and clean on the developer end if we didn't need to.
I would love to see enhancements to scheduled start. Scenarios I would like to see are:
- Every x Monday of the month
- Every x workday of the month
As of now using "Get file from a record" in NWC able to get collection of files of type : attachment. It would be nice if this can fetch attachment type: file also from salesforce. I guess in future salesforce releases the type:attachment may not be supported moving forward to Lightning in salesforce.
Let me know if you need any more info.14 votes
Following from a discussion on the community, it would be great to bring the Nintex for SharePoint functionality of snippets to NWC.
Snippets allows for parts of a workflow to be saved to a gallery for easy re-use in other workflows.13 votes
