I have a scheduled task that recurring every 3 months.
1. is it possible to assign all scheduled task to assignee even when the previous task is not completed?
2. is it possible to display all assigned tasks in a calendar?
3. is it possible to display scheduled but not assigned task in a calendar?1 vote
Giving the option to use the Rich Text editor in the description location of the Create a ticket for Zendesk.
With Nintex for Sharepoint we can export the workflow definition to a file as a record of the deployed, working version.
The export WF definition key, is I believe time limited, it would nice to be able to define that this 'final' release export is perpetual, and so could be referenced by our source control... ( and then reimported at any point should it be needed)3 votes
Would be great if the systems would copy trigger and inputs and outputs and targets automatically for all variations as they are unlikely to change.1 vote
We can only search the user account by inputting the last name / first name in Workflow owners when publishing the workflow.
It would be great if we can search the user by the email address.
There are some users with the exact same name, which may lead to cause a mistake when registering in NWC.
Please consider to be able to search by email address so that the risk would be reduced.12 votes
It would be nice to be able to add comments to a workflow. So as I'm looking through it, I can be alerted to reasons we made a decision to do something a certain way.
I have been using Log to Instance details to make comments, but that just feels clunky.1 vote
Need transparency on historic petty cash claims. I.e. no way to check where a particular person's travel reimbursements were paid up until in last claim without going to emails. It would also be good to be able to see if where claims are sitting in the approval process so we can inform employees, like we have in redmap for suppliers.1 vote
Ability to copy and paste activities between workflows in different tabs/windows.
This will save an immense amount of time when you want to re-use complex activities previously created in new workflows.4 votes
I have few tasks ("assign a task") in workflow that needs to be disabled for a specific number of days and automatically activate for once and disable again.
Can you please assist how it can be done?0 votes
Identify workflows that are currently locked / being edited / opened by a user so that work does not get overwritten. Also show who is editing and how long it has been open. This has been an issue where work has gotten overwritten.9 votes
with the idea of moving workflows out of M365 into NWC we need to have the ability to work with SharePoint Content Types. We need to set them and update them via a workflow.3 votes
Within the Run If action we need to be able to do both AND and OR within the same if statement. Right now its all AND or all OR.
Example (Status = No && AssignTo has a value) && (Dept = IT OR HR)3 votes
Enhancing the Run if action to offer the Advanced condition builder is already in our backlog. We're currently focussed on higher priority features, but we will endeavour to update this idea as this feature progresses.
We need the ability to set the time portion of a date time variable to a specific date and time, not just add time to a date.4 votes
We need the ability to set the following configuration settings to a SharePoint Online calendar list:
1. Ability to set the All Day Event
2. Ability to set Recurrence settings9 votes
The K2 dashboard for a workflow is awesome, I have several solutions that need this functionality today.3 votes
Repeating sections are great but only in limited conditions. I would like to see them become more useful in workflows. I would like the repeating sections to be available as a form variable collection so you can add it to later task forms. We are currently handling this with loop by n operations. Parsing the data out into individual named variables and then using form visibility rules to add them to the task. We should be able to drop a repeating section start variable onto a task which generates dynamically based on the start form. either that or allow the repeating section data to be read back from SharePoint from xml. I can create an xml entry in SharePoint form the form but i cannot read it back into another form to be viewed/updated later.

Thanks for the idea. Opening this up for voting by other users.
As discussed on this forum page (https://community.nintex.com/t5/Nintex-Workflow-Cloud-Forum/NWC-and-Smartsheet/m-p/215571) I'd really like to be able to get a Smartsheet row based on a cell value.
If not that, I'd like to at least call by row number (rather than row ID) so that I can engage the looping mechanism discussed on the forum.
WFC to Promapp connection. Looking for a way to connect a workflow to promapp so that when a instance runs Promapp can see that a process or a part of a process has run.1 vote
Timothy, this is another great idea. Opening this up for voting to see demand level from others.
In the 'Assign a task' action in Nintex for Office 365 and Flexi task for Nintex for SharePoint there is an option to CC or BCC the task notification email.
Please add CC and BCC to the NWC 'Assign a task' action.
This is important as we migrate from the feature rich Nintex for SharePoint or Office 365 to NWC.39 votes
It would be really helpful, and save support calls, if the help link within the individual actions within Workflow designer linked to useful resources..
For example : Wait for Field Change
Current help link (useless) https://help.nintex.com/en-US/Office365/Designer/Actions/WaitforEventinListItem.htm?cshid=1128
2 links provided by support desk, (that I could'nt find, really helpful )
