  1. I would like an option to restrict access to the NWC tenant by IP address

For security, we would like to restrict access to the NWC tenant by IP address to retrieve information entered into forms as they may contain private consumer data. This would allow us to add our static bank ip address to prevent unauthorized access to this information.

  3. Add Variable for Component Workflow Success of Failure

There is nothing to indicate that a NWC component workflow failed after it's called from another workflow. The calling workflow will continue to run afterwards, even though some or all of the variables passed back are blank. This is better than the O365 workflows that wait forever for a suspended workflow, but not much. A simple boolean success variable would be all it would take to fix it. This is similar to the request that NWC workflow failures send a notification when they fail, but that couldn't be used in a workflow because it would happen after the component completes.

  4. Do not crash the workflow when a member cannot be removed from a SharePoint Group

Please do not crash my workflow in the action "Remove user from a SharePoint Group".
It is absolutely wonderful that you return an object that tells me if the removal was successful or not. That is exactly how it should be for every action.
BUT (crying sounds in the background) still the workflow crashes if the user cannot be found! See screenshot.
Please please never let workflows fail for things like this. I am sure you're going to fix this... ;-)

  5. Do not crash the workflow when a member cannot be added to a team in MS Teams

When I add a member to a team in MS Teams and it cannot be added for whatever reason currently the workflow bluntly crashes.
Please don't do that to us ;-) That is sooo 2020.
Can you please return an object that tells me if it was successful or not?

This is not just the case for this MS Teams connector action but it still happens in more actions. Golden rule is to never ever crash a workflow for such a reason but always return a 'success' object. Thanks!

    Thanks for the suggestion.

Just some clarifying questions – is the need to preview and print the form submission extending beyond the time of the initial submission. i.e. able to come back in x number of days and be able to view the form submission?

  7. Start Form Secure Inputs

Would be great to have an option like in Power Automate where you can create secured inputs so that the collected data cannot be viewed from the instance start details.

  8. Link Workflow Details from Tasks List

It would be nice to have the workflow name be a link from the Tasks Menu Screen to view the workflow details. Often times when troubleshooting a workflow issue it takes forever to track down the workflow related to a task.

  9. String to date action

We need to have a more complete approach to manipulating dates.

Scenario: External start receives a date value to a date field. Another systems (CRM Query Record action for example) take the date in another format.

Issue: Can't pass the variable to the Salesforce Query Record action as you can't get the date in the right format

Potential short term fix: Create a string to date action - we pass the date to the external start variable (string), maipulate string into right format, use 'string to date' action to set a date variable in a format that the Salesforce query…

Apologies as we went quiet on this – it’s been a while as we had a few other priorities to work on.

The plan now is that we will be able to solve for this via a new capability that we will be introducing in a form of a Table. The general idea is that the table will allow the persistence of data and will integrate with workflows providing operations like CRUDL and forms via data sources.

  11. Web Service - support for HTTP

Call a Webservice should support HTTP not just HTTPS
