The current connectors for Box.com (and I assume others) do not support pagination. In the case of Box.com when a response has more than 200 items (For example a collection of files in a folder with '201 files') the Nintex connector will only return the first 200 entries.
This can cause logic failures in Workflows that are completing any type of search where the WF must loop through a collection of files or folders. With the current structure, the loop does not find a match if the file that would have been matched is past the first 200 entries.15 votes
My team is working on creating a form that will utilize the data lookup tool and make a call to our local services (internal API). We've been advised this is not accessible in NWC. The data involved cannot be exposed externally because it is customer sensitive information. We would like the ability to call our internal services in a form to bring back customer information so the end user does not have to populate it all themselves. This will remove the data quality issue we currently have with end user populating a form.1 vote
When a connector fails, it is necessary to trap the error. Then using that error to take action, such as send an email to the requester of the WFC. Currently, when a connector action fails, alerts can be sent to WFC administrators only.4 votes
Please consider purchasing a static ip for your cloud service.
To open up our databases/api's to Nintex to access we will need to add the full Dynamic Azure Ip range. ( The list is very long ).
It would be very difficult to enter and maintain as the list changes in most instances.
Could you add connections to monday.com?1 vote
What would be some of the actions / events you would like to see us do for Monday.com?
In the Create a team action within in the Teams Connector, *** the ablility to set the new O365 group as hidden from the GAL (Global address list). The settings via script are: HiddenFromExchangeClientsEnabled:$true -HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled:$true1 vote
It would be really nice to have the option within the 'SharePoint Online - Create an Item' action, to be able to auto-create a SharePoint list with fields based on the form fields.
We have forms with 400+ fields worth of data that need to be stored. Manually creating a list in SharePoint Online with 400+ columns is so time consuming. Would be much easier if the two systems worked together to auto-create these columns.6 votes
More and more people are now using Microsoft Teams! It would be very helpful if you could make a connector that could do all or some of the following things:
- Post to a channel (Message and Card)
- Send a chat message (Message and Card)
- Create/Modify/Delete a Team
- Create/Modify/Delete a Channel29 votes
When using "Store a file" in the SharePoint Online connector, it is not possible to assign metadata. The metadata is even required, so the file uploaded is not completed. So you must store them fileID and then update the item with the correct metadata. Would be much more convenient to let us add metadata at once!16 votes
Apologies in the delay in responding to you, and thanks again for submitting your requests!
This scenario makes sense – I’ll add this into our backlog for review and prioritisation. I will endeavour to keep this ticket updated with any progress.
Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section.
Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section. It would be of more value to provide an option to save them to 'Files' section under a Salesforce Object, since 'Notes and Attachments' section is depreciating.5 votes

I’ll add this feature into the backlog for review and priortisation. I will endeavour to keep this request up to date as the ticket progresses.
The addition of the ServiceNow connector is HUGE for us! However, the major of usage for Nintex forms is with Call records, and/or Incidents.
I'm requesting that you add the Calls and Incidents tables to the available tables options in the ServiceNow connector configuration.6 votes
Thank you for the feedback Joshua, I’ve added this to our backlog. I feel we can deliver this within the next 2-3 months, I’ll keep you posted on the status.
There should be bi-directional linkage between arrays containing items as object and collections in nintex.
Open API v 3.0 should be supported.1 vote
Currently using Retrieve an item for SharePoint in NWC, when the list column is People, it only available to return Peopel ID and email and there is no option to return Display name.
We would like to have additional option to return display name.13 votes

Will you please add an Oracle Connector to Nintex Workflow Cloud that would permit workflows to log in to an Oracle database as a user and perform tasks that the user is authorized to perform (e.g., Create, Read, Update, Delete, Select) operations? Thank you.25 votes

The SQL connectors allow a designer to select a single column for select queries. Many times we wish to select multiple columns. Can these actions be modified so we can add an unlimited number of columns?14 votes
Thanks Chris. We sure can. I will add this into the backlog.
