More and more people are now using Microsoft Teams! It would be very helpful if you could make a connector that could do all or some of the following things:
- Post to a channel (Message and Card)
- Send a chat message (Message and Card)
- Create/Modify/Delete a Team
- Create/Modify/Delete a Channel23 votes
Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section.
Nintex Worklfow Cloud - Salesforce Actions (Get/Attach files) is saving documents into 'Notes and Attachments' section. It would be of more value to provide an option to save them to 'Files' section under a Salesforce Object, since 'Notes and Attachments' section is depreciating.2 votes
The addition of the ServiceNow connector is HUGE for us! However, the major of usage for Nintex forms is with Call records, and/or Incidents.
I'm requesting that you add the Calls and Incidents tables to the available tables options in the ServiceNow connector configuration.6 votes
Thank you for the feedback Joshua, I’ve added this to our backlog. I feel we can deliver this within the next 2-3 months, I’ll keep you posted on the status.
Google Drive connector only supports personal drive access. To use NWC in enterprise environment with Google Drive, Team Drives access is required4 votes
Thanks for submitting your feedback!
I’ll add this feature into the backlog for review and priortisation. I will endeavour to keep this request up to date as the ticket progresses.
When using "Store a file" in the SharePoint Online connector, it is not possible to assign metadata. The metadata is even required, so the file uploaded is not completed. So you must store them fileID and then update the item with the correct metadata. Would be much more convenient to let us add metadata at once!6 votes
Apologies in the delay in responding to you, and thanks again for submitting your requests!
This scenario makes sense – I’ll add this into our backlog for review and prioritisation. I will endeavour to keep this ticket updated with any progress.
There should be bi-directional linkage between arrays containing items as object and collections in nintex.
Open API v 3.0 should be supported.1 vote
Currently using Retrieve an item for SharePoint in NWC, when the list column is People, it only available to return Peopel ID and email and there is no option to return Display name.
We would like to have additional option to return display name.10 votes
It would be really nice to have the option of SharePoint Online for the DocGen Action.
On the Office 365 side only being able to use OneDrive for DocGen is very limiting. We need to be able to use DocGen from SharePoint Online as well. This allows us to create anonymous forms for O365 or for example if I am working within a Sales Process, I would want to get my DocGen Template from my Sales SharePoint Online Site and then Store it back there and/or Salesforce.27 votes
Thanks for your feedback! I’ve added SharePoint Online for Document Generation into our backlog. I’ll update this ticket as we progress this feature through.
As pr. now if we need to connect to on-premises LOB data from O365 workflow/form or Workflow Cloud, we need to make the SQL server/LOB system available through internet. For many this is not an option. Please consider a solution like Microsofts Datagateway for Flow and PowerApps. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/gateway-reference33 votes
Thanks for the suggestion. We currently have no active plans to introduce an on premises secure gateway. However I will open this up for voting to see if there are others that require this capability.
Please add Exchange Online triggers and actions to Nintex Workflow Cloud. I would love to be able to use the following examples:
- Run workflow when an email is received
- Move email to folder
- Get email
And I also would love to be able to get these ability for Office Group Mailboxes.14 votes
Will you please add an Oracle Connector to Nintex Workflow Cloud that would permit workflows to log in to an Oracle database as a user and perform tasks that the user is authorized to perform (e.g., Create, Read, Update, Delete, Select) operations? Thank you.10 votes
Is it possible to secure my account with two-step authorization such as sms or OTP?7 votes
The SQL connectors allow a designer to select a single column for select queries. Many times we wish to select multiple columns. Can these actions be modified so we can add an unlimited number of columns?4 votes
Thanks Chris. We sure can. I will add this into the backlog.

I work at Box in Sales Engineering. I'm using your forms designer which is great for most use cases I work with. The one thing that would be really great if you could consider adding the ability to add Box UI Elements embedded in one of your forms. It would enable users to browse content in folders, preview documents in forms, and, with the new open-with element enable in-line editing as well. Is there a way in which this can be achieved today, or is this something we can consider in the future:
Thanks and regards,
Thanks for the suggestion! Previews and in-line editing is not possible today, but I’ve added it to the backlog for review.
Support SOQL queries using the query object with Salesforce REST API. e.g. GET https://ap7.salesforce.com/services/data/v20.0/query/?q=SELECT+name+FROM+Contact+WHERE+Account.ID+=+'0012800000jz5j0AAA';
Which will return name of all the contacts of Account.ID='0012800000jz5j0AAA'
I have tested with the existing available Salesforce connectors in NWC, workaround using both the 'Query record' and 'Retrieve record' to achieve the requirement, but it tool about 6 hours to retrieve 600 records of contacts. With the SOQL query, this will be in minutes.1 vote

Box - Share Folder link action:
This is supported in the Box API so can we have a 'Share Folder Link' action (or make the existing 'Share file link' action applicable to both scenarios) so that the share link can be used to update other line of business systems such as Salesforce?3 votes
Custom Connector list: It would be nice to be able to retrieve the given URL for the connector. Reason: A lot of APIs are in several regions (like those from Microsoft) and have several versions. Currently I cannot retrieve the version/url info of the API.1 vote
