  1. Start condition on dynamic date

When setting up the start condition on an event from a 3rd party SaaS system, it is currently impossible to use a dynamic date value like 'Today' or 'Instance start date' as you cannot insert variables into the start condition.

  2. Find and remove unused variables

Currently you have to go to each variable, click "Show Details" and of the trash can is not disabled, you know it's not used and can be deleted.
It will be great to just show a list of unused variables with check-boxes to choose which to delete or a delete all button

  4. Add snippets functionality to NWC

Following from a discussion on the community, it would be great to bring the Nintex for SharePoint functionality of snippets to NWC.

Snippets allows for parts of a workflow to be saved to a gallery for easy re-use in other workflows.

  5. option to not capture instance data for privacy reasons

When a workflow executes all data for the workflow variables are available in the workflow instance start data in the NWC dashboard.

Some data that is captured on forms would include data that is personal private information (eg personal email, phone number, etc).

Thus the NWC instance data becomes an additional data store to be considered for data breach implications.

It would be great for either:
    1) a global option when publishing the workflow to not capture variable values in instance start data

    or

    2) an optional variable by variable to not be captured in instance start data.

  6. Trigger Workflow Start from another workflows Failed Instance

I would love to be able to trigger a separate workflow instance upon a Failed INstance to a particular workflow. I would see it as a setting option for Failed Workflow instances. I know that you can setup an alert to someone for a failed instance, which is a win and it would be great if you could achieve or automate some additional things with a separate workflow. 7. Schedule option

I have the requirement to run the workflow Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. I don't see anywhere to set it in the Schedule. Can you please help? This feature is very common in Windows Server: Task Scheduler. Thanks!

  8. Update File Name in Workflow

Would be great if there was a way to update the name of a file that has been submitted via a Nintex Form within the workflow instance itself. This would make it much easier to associate files with other references provided within the form, such as a Title or Name.

  9. NWC switch by value action needs a default branch for unhandled values

Switch condition does not have an other loop. Trying to migrate a Nintex Office 365 workflow to NWC but due to lack of this functionality, the migrated WF cannot be like for like.

  11. Enable Workflow failure notification for Development Workflows - NWC

Enable Workflow failure notification alerts on Nintex Workflow Cloud. This would be really useful when multiple workflows are under development. Instead of reviewing the Instance details regularly, the alerts would make it easier to get an insight on failed workflow instances.

  12. NWC Format date to string ISO8601 output format

For the NWC action format date to string can we add the ISO8601 date format please.
This is the format of yyyy-mm-ddThh:mi:ss.mmm (no spaces)
or date style 126 in SQL format.
    (see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/functions/cast-and-convert-transact-sql?view=sql-server-ver15#date-and-time-styles)

    Thanks

  13. Sorting numbers from smaller to larger, larger to smaller in a collection

    Current sort collection does not sort the numbers/integers in smaller to larger or larger to smaller. When I try to sort a collection in my workflow the result after sorting is something like this ["100.0", "112.0", "114.0", "127.0", "135.0", "148.0", "15.0", "40.0", "40.0", "42.0", "42.0", "42.0", "42.0", "42.0", "43.0", "44.0", "44.0", "44.0", "45.0", "45.0", "46.0", "46.0", "47.0", "47.0", "48.0", "52.0", "55.0", "57.0", "99.0"]

I would be great if we can sort the numbers the way we did in Nintex office 365.

  14. Delineate Production and Development Workflow Publishing Permissions

When configuring roles and user permissions there should be a way to configure a user's permission so that they can only publish development workflows vs. being able to publish both development and production workflows.

  15. sql execute a query - capture error option

In NWC SQL execute a query action there is currently no error handling mechanism.

If there is a network connectivity issue to the SQL connection the action and the workflow is failing.

It would be good to add in the ability to capture errors and store that the error has occurred in a boolean variable so we can build conditional logic in the workflow to gracefully handle the issue and not lose the data from the nintex start form.
(In my example I'm using an INSERT SQL query)

This could be similar to the Nintex workflow for sharepoint on premise…

  16. Issue with Nintex Workflow Cloud - Multiple choice control collection variable

Hi, I am having an issue in Nintex Workflow Cloud, where a multiple choice control on the form, is holding the entire form response in the associated collection variable - instead of just the two options allowed as per selection. This is an existing workflow and previous entries were working fine. Have tried creating a new control and variable but still the same issue. Please advise. Thanks

  17. Show where variables are used in workflow

Within the variable menu you should be able to see where a variable is being used (what actions) within the workflow.

If you need to find and replace a variable within the workflow designer (such as needing to change a variable's type), when working with large workflows it is hard to find where the variables are being used, but you cannot update/remove the variable until all instances are removed from existing actions.

  18. Workflow search actions/variables

Sometimes you want to quickly jump to a certain action, or see where a certain variable is used. It would be great if there was a search bar somewhere on the workflow designer (see top-right of image for example) where you could search to match any variable names, action internal names, action renames) and it would bring them up a list of matches. Then you click next/previous to jump/highlight that action in the workflow (or if possible open the config and highlight where the value is used).

An awesome extension to this would be to 'remove all' instances of a…

  19. functions

I need to do some simple string manipulations in a Cloud workflow (no forms), but Nintex support tells me that functions are not available in Nintex Workflow Cloud. Is that true?? If so, is there some alternative to using functions to manipulate strings? For example, I need to convert strings to all upper and all lower case.

  20. Need to ability to see what exactly is written to a collection

If i pull in user profile into a collection , I have no way of knowing what it is pulling. I need to be able to see into the collection (run a collection test) and then be able to parse out what i need.
