  1. Search for Reports in Connected Data

    In LEDD, there is no functionality to be able to search for reports for connected data.

  2. I recently downloaded the most current version for DocGen in hopes that it would remove flash from the classic version of salesforce.

    The update removed flash from salesforce lightning only. My company has not migrated to lightning yet and it would be beneficial if flash was removed from the classic version of salesforce as well.

  3. Allow for SOQL Queries WITHIN a group or table using references to the current Row

    I was trying to use a table in a document for a client and was saddened to find out that it is impossible to use a SOQL query within the table even when referencing the row object's ID. This feature would be a GAME CHANGER. i.e. My client wanted to show the name of a bundle of products (a custom object model) as a row in a table with all of the other bundles - this part was achieved - but then they wanted to add the subtotal of the individual bundles.   4. Only have the Insert-Update and/or Attachment to perform if the email is sent

    Using the email delivery option with insert-update and attach back to the record, there are sometimes the user will cancel the email. In this case, we do not want to have the insert-update and/or attachment to be performed on the running record.

  5. Have the ability to upload audio

    I would like to be able to upload audio as a source, we recorded audio negotiations for reference and cannot upload them.

  6. Add ability to drag & drop multiple documents for upload

    We generate multiple documents and would like the option to upload all at once (drag & drop) instead of uploading one by one. This would significantly reduce work flow time.

  7. Allow Files on DDP where Inclusion Type = Optional to be able to be included on a List in the merged document

    The DDP allows to select document(s) Inclusion Type as Optional, which a user can then select to be included in the document to be merged. However we would like to have also the ability of having these documents marked as optional to "print in a list" in the merged document.
    For example we have 2 endorsements marked as Optional:
    Endorsement 1
    Endorsement 2
    when checked we would like them to be listed on the merged document as i.e.

    INCLUDED ENDORSEMENTS

    Endorsement 1
    Endorsement 2

  8. Field update for multiple records in scheduled report

    Hello,

    We are currently sending out a scheduled report with accounts and missing the possibility to use the field update on the package to update a field on all the records in the report.

    It is configurable but not working and Nintex Support already confirmed that this is not inteded to work.

  10. Allow Sub-Totals on table replication

    We use DocGen (Drawloop) on Opportunities. The DocGen can create multiple tables great, but there is not way to create a sub-total on each total.
    For instance a Quote with Table 1 for Products and Table 2 for Services. We have the ability to make the tables, but we cannot create sub-totals of each table.

  11. Ability to Bullet Lists in Components/Component Groups

    We often use Bullets in our formatting and other HTML type improvements for our emails and letter templates. We are somewhat limited when using Component and Component Groups due to these restrictions.

    Line spacing is also not as ideal as preferred.

  12. Field Tagger option to display tags in ALL CAPS.

    Would like the ability to have the field tagger display tags in ALL CAPS for insurance/financial use cases where the generated document should have applicants info in ALL CAPS. Currently have to go into Fonts and set ALL CAPS on tags.

  13. Option to merge an object's attachments seperate from templates

    I have a DDP that needs an excel template, and multiple files pulled from an object. This is not an issue, however, there is no way to have the excel template to be its own file and have a merged PDF of multiple files on an object record. It's only possible to either merge everything into a PDF output, or have the output use the originals and a combined PDF.

    My proposed solution to this problem is to add a "Template Output Type" selection field in the template's options, the same as the "Document Output Type" picklist in the delivery…

  14. Row replication and Table replication should include iterator variable

    Row replication (i.e. <<Calls_Start>> and Table replication (i.e. CallsTableStart>> should include an iterator variable (i.e. <<Calls_Iterator>>) so you know which row number or table number you are on (i.e. 0,1,2,3)

  15. Allow users to run a DocGen Package with only an attachment (i.e. no file required on DDP)

    I'd like to be a ble to send a DDP with just an attachment from a Salesforce Record and without any 'base' file that currently is required on every DDP. A workaround, is that the required file on the DDP can become a 'coverpage' of sorts... but we'd like to omit that page all together in some cases.

  16. Translation of Pop up Screen without creating VisualForce Page

    The App layout (Pop up screen) when the user want to create a Document the Drawloop question do appear standard always in the English language.
    In multiple Language companies this is not wished and also this questions should be showed in their own language.
    It would be fine this questions could be translated by Translation WorkBench from Salesforce like you can do with fields etc.

    The answer from Nintex = The Visualforce page from the screenshot cannot be currently translated. A workaround is to create your own Visualforce page or to automate the button so that the Document package, Contact…

  17. Where a formula text field has internal carriage returns, i.e. the user has entered something like

    a DDP currently renders that at line 1 line 2 line 3

    Salesforce respects the internal breaks and it would be better if a DDP did the same.

    This has become an issue for us where the formula field contains an address with multiple lines. Having all the lines flow into one means that we cannot produce a properly formatted address on a letter.

  18. allow preview of mass document packages

    We use the mass document feature to send multiple certificates of completion. We would like to ensure that the document looks correct before sending (i.e. that a long name hasn't forced text to overflow to a new page).

  19. Add sum row as merge fields when using Report as data source.

    Currently, using Reports as a data source only allows you to pull in a tabular column of data (further calculation requires using Excel as middleware). I would like to see the summary row at the bottom of a tabular report be made available as a series of merge fields as well. For example, the current syntax for a report column is <<AnyRangecol1>>; the sum for that column could be <<AnyRangecolsum>>.

  20. Enable Rich Text Fields in Drawloop Documents

    Drawloop Document Generation does not support tags of Rich Text Fields in a document template. This needs to be enabled as we use have large RTF data fields that need to be dropped in but cannot.
