  1. Enhance addendum documents function to allow setting the position of where they are included

    Right now you can specify an Addendum Doc Id Field on the DocGen Package. If you then have a child relationship that contains multiple records that each specify a different salesforce document id, these all get merged onto the end of the rendered PDF

    Request is to implement the ability to specify where the document(s) get merged into the final PDF in the case where you do not want to have it go at the end.

  2. Support indents in rich text fields when merged into Word

    On the Salesforce rich text field, if you create text and format using the indent function (either on classic or lightning), when merged into Word the indent of text is not applied in Word.

    Have it so all formatting in the Salesforce rich text field equally gets applied in Word like it does for bold, center, etc.

  3. Ability to set metadata on generated file

    It would be very beneficial to be able to set some metadata for example, Document Status = Draft when a new document is generated. This is on the ContentDelivery object.

    So when the object sets the Status to Approved, and generates a new file, then the metadata should be updated to reflect the Document Status as Approved.

  4. Search for Reports in Connected Data

    In LEDD, there is no functionality to be able to search for reports for connected data.

  5. I recently downloaded the most current version for DocGen in hopes that it would remove flash from the classic version of salesforce.

    The update removed flash from salesforce lightning only. My company has not migrated to lightning yet and it would be beneficial if flash was removed from the classic version of salesforce as well.

  6. Allow for SOQL Queries WITHIN a group or table using references to the current Row

    I was trying to use a table in a document for a client and was saddened to find out that it is impossible to use a SOQL query within the table even when referencing the row object's ID. This feature would be a GAME CHANGER. i.e. My client wanted to show the name of a bundle of products (a custom object model) as a row in a table with all of the other bundles - this part was achieved - but then they wanted to add the subtotal of the individual bundles.   7. Allow for Versioned Document Generation in Salesforce

    Salesforce Files (ConventVersion) out of the box supports the ability to upload multiple versions of the same document such that the end user in Salesforce only see the current version of the document.

    It would be a useful feature if DocGen when generating the same document more than once would upload subsequent documents as additioinal versions of the initial document instead of creating a new document on each generation.

  9. Only have the Insert-Update and/or Attachment to perform if the email is sent

    Using the email delivery option with insert-update and attach back to the record, there are sometimes the user will cancel the email. In this case, we do not want to have the insert-update and/or attachment to be performed on the running record.

  10. Add ability to drag & drop multiple documents for upload

    We generate multiple documents and would like the option to upload all at once (drag & drop) instead of uploading one by one. This would significantly reduce work flow time.

  11. Pre-define attachment order in salesforce

    An easy way to set attachment order when generating a package.

    Currently, attachments are ordered by the most recent attachment added to an object. End-users, then must manually re-sort the attachment to the correct order each time to generate a package.

  12. Output Filename format for Single or Multi Document Output

    If a package produces a single document the output filename will adhere to the 'Output Filename' field format.

    If the package produces multiple documents in the output the default behaviour is to append the document filename to the end of the 'Output Filename' field format.

    Problem arises where you get the output file format convention correct for a single file out but for multiple file it doesnt look right. Alternatively if you structure the output file name format correctly for multiple files it doesnt display the single file as you wish.

  13. Allow Files on DDP where Inclusion Type = Optional to be able to be included on a List in the merged document

    The DDP allows to select document(s) Inclusion Type as Optional, which a user can then select to be included in the document to be merged. However we would like to have also the ability of having these documents marked as optional to "print in a list" in the merged document.
    For example we have 2 endorsements marked as Optional:
    Endorsement 1
    Endorsement 2
    when checked we would like them to be listed on the merged document as i.e.

    INCLUDED ENDORSEMENTS

    Endorsement 1

  15. Field update for multiple records in scheduled report

    Hello,

    We are currently sending out a scheduled report with accounts and missing the possibility to use the field update on the package to update a field on all the records in the report.

    It is configurable but not working and Nintex Support already confirmed that this is not inteded to work.

  16. Need integration with new Excel Array functions

    Excel has new array functions such as UNIQUE and FILTER. While these are currently in beta, they are available through the Insider program. Microsoft has not given a date for the release of this new functionality, but why wait. It would be great if Drawloop can incorporate these in sooner rather than later.

  17. Send generated documents to the Document Queue as Files instead of attachments

    When a document is sent to the queue, it is sent as an attachment instead of a file. Our process is automated through an outbound message so when a generated document goes over the 5MB attachment size limit, the outbound message errors out and no document is produced.

    If the generated document was sent to the queue as a file, we would be able to produce documents up to 2GB in size.

  19. Allow Sub-Totals on table replication

    We use DocGen (Drawloop) on Opportunities. The DocGen can create multiple tables great, but there is not way to create a sub-total on each total.
    For instance a Quote with Table 1 for Products and Table 2 for Services. We have the ability to make the tables, but we cannot create sub-totals of each table.

  20. Ability to Bullet Lists in Components/Component Groups

    We often use Bullets in our formatting and other HTML type improvements for our emails and letter templates. We are somewhat limited when using Component and Component Groups due to these restrictions.

    Line spacing is also not as ideal as preferred.
