Allow Hyperlinks set as "Text to Display" to be clickable when Pdf Option is Basic
Hyperlinks set as "Text to Display" are only clickable when the PDF Option is set to Enhanced. The same functionality needs to be available when Pdf Option is Basic.
Most DDP are set to Pdf Option = Basic in order to keep the final rendered Pdf within the 5mb Salesforce email limit, therefore we need Basic to have the same functionality as Enhanced.
