  1. Create the ability to utilise DocuSign payments functionality via Drawloop

    We currently use Drawloop to generate our documents and then submit them to Docusign for electronic signature. DocuSign now allow payments to be made when signing too, however we cannot utilise this function at present as you have not completed any testing with DocuSign Payments at this time. It would be good if you could please complete your testing so we can utilise this valuable payment tool when we issue orders to our customers

  2. Fix formatting with Component Groups and PowerPoint tables

    I learned recently that using Component Groups in conjunction with a PowerPoint template, and having the Component Group tags within a table cell of PowerPoint causes indenting on the subsequent lines of the output text after the first line. There is nothing today that can stop this indenting. It is not part of the PowerPoint template settings, but found to be due to the combination of Component Groups tagging and PowerPoint tables.

    If you take the same PowerPoint template and place the Component Group tab into the slide without a table, it works fine. If you use the Component Group…

  3. Add the functionality for LAST_30_DAYS

    Add the functionality for LAST30DAYS to filter options. We run invoicing twice a month and need this for mid-month reporting.

  4. Enable the "Pause to Edit" feature for MassLoop.

    The existing "Pause to Edit" functionality would be valuable for use with MassLoop. Our users wish to make final custom wording edits with pre-filled data fields already in place .

  5. Generate Documents from Pages File Type (Mac)

    Would really like to get away from Microsoft products, as the only thing I really use is Word. Are there any plans to make Document Automation compatible with Mac’s Pages?

  6. Displaying additional details about Contacts in the Contact Selection

    Currently only the name of the Contact is displayed , we would suggest that along with the name it would really be helpful if additional details related to Contact object(e.g.:contact email ID or Contact type) are displayed in the "Specify the contact to use for the DDP:" section on the 'DDP Powered by Drawloop' page.

  7. Field Tagger option to display tags in ALL CAPS.

    Would like the ability to have the field tagger display tags in ALL CAPS for insurance/financial use cases where the generated document should have applicants info in ALL CAPS. Currently have to go into Fonts and set ALL CAPS on tags.

  8. Lightning Console Compatability

    There is no way to use the lightning console navigation with DocGen without using the lightning component. The lightning component for DocGen cannot sort files, but going through the button allows it. Salesforce does NOT allow javascript buttons on lightning. Please upgrade this feature as it's been neglected since the release of lightning console navigation.

  9. Ability to Bullet Lists in Components/Component Groups

    We often use Bullets in our formatting and other HTML type improvements for our emails and letter templates. We are somewhat limited when using Component and Component Groups due to these restrictions.

    Line spacing is also not as ideal as preferred.

  10. COMPONENTS

    Please check if you can add multiple word functions to your library as it helps editing and formatting text there only(such as color change,bordering,inserting tables,fonts etc). Currently you have very limited functions.

  11. Give admins the ability to control fields accessibility on the Send Email page

    We need the ability to customize which fields show on the Email page and their field level security, for example we would like to prevent users from editing the subject or adding emails to the bcc field due to compliance requirements

  12. Add ability to drag & drop multiple documents for upload

    We generate multiple documents and would like the option to upload all at once (drag & drop) instead of uploading one by one. This would significantly reduce work flow time.

  13. Enable "Delete Container if Empty" for PowerPoint

    Currently, Delete Container if Empty" works for MS Word, but not for PowerPoint. It would be great to enable that feature for PPT as well since we use this function a lot for generating documents.

  14. Include document based on two number values

    In the advanced optional section of the templates, we'd like for it to evaluate two numbers such as "greater than 50 but less than 200"

    I would like to be able to upload audio as a source, we recorded audio negotiations for reference and cannot upload them.

  16. Have activity show actual Email Body text instead of just "please see attached" in activity history timeline

    Currently if you send an email via Mass (or any automated email run) using a template for the email body (using the "Email as Body" option for the template), the logged activity in the activity history/timeline after send only shows "Please see attached" in the activity description in Lightning, instead of the actual merged text that went out in the email body.

    If you click into the activity record, you see the merged email language in the description - it is just not visible from the Salesforce account or contact 's activity history timeline, where you can usually expand the…

  17. Enable Nintex for orgs with limited API access to only allowlisted connected apps

    Orgs with higher demand for security that enable the API Access Control Setting: For admin-approved users, limit API access to only allowlisted connected apps (Setup->Security Controls->API Access Control) cannot use nintex docgen as this setting is currently not supported. The outbound communication fails.
