  1. User Voice Site: Display number of people logged in/viewing/participating

    Display the number of people logged into this site for an inclination if/how soon someone might see/answer a question. I am trying to get answers... I've read the documentation, logged a case, spoke to a rep and now I'm turning to the community to find an answer.

    If no one is on this site at the given time I post a question, I won't have the expectation to receive an answer, quickly.

  2. Allow Addition of Metadata & Extraction of Doc ID

    We use Document Generation in SharePoint to turn submitted forms into DOCX & PDFs. Works well. What I'd like to be able to do is associate metadata to my newly generated document in the same step - AND/OR - get the ID of the newly generated document upon it's generation, so I don't have to go back and query for something I've just created and add a pause.

  3. Feature Request: Create Relationship from existing Relationships

    Currently, you can create relationships based on the same object by using aliases, but if one is a direct subset of another, you must create it with redundant filters and poll the database for a whole new query. Instead, it would be useful to create relationships based on ones that are already created. This would avoid redundant filters and potentially improve performance.

    Example of current functionality:
    Alias 1: Pull Accounts matching filters A and B from entire database.
    Alias 2: Pull Accounts matching filters A and C from entire database.

    Example of desired functionality:
    Alias 1: Pull Accounts matching filters…

  4. Enable Rich Text Fields in Drawloop Documents

    Drawloop Document Generation does not support tags of Rich Text Fields in a document template. This needs to be enabled as we use have large RTF data fields that need to be dropped in but cannot.

  5. Dynamic dates field tags

    It would be great idea to have more options than Now, Today and Tomorrow for date field tags. For example a Today + 14 days field tag would enable the document to not always have to be updated with a future date at every instance of ddp generation

  6. There should be some mechanism to automate the migration of word template changes from one org to the next.

    Currently, ddp's can only be migrated in an automated fashion once. After that any changes made in the word templates in a ddp have to be made manually in all orgs. This should be automated. The word templates should migrate to qa, staging and to prod (rather than making the changes manually in each template in each org).

  7. Reduce the size of width from a Picture attached as optional to a document.

    When you add an optional picture attachment chosen from the record attachments it would be nice the picture will be resized to the page-width of the document. When you have now a picture attached separately (Optional) and the width is much bigger than the width of the document you can hardly read the output of the document created by the DDP.

  8. Time field on DDP should have helptext indicating it's the user's local time, even though it may have been created in another time zone

    User A is in PST, creates a DDP to run at 8am. DDP runs at 8am PST.
    User B is IST (~12 hour difference), saves DDP, deactivates, reactivates while not touching the TIme field. DDP then goes out at 8am IST, which is about 8pm the previous day.
    User A still sees 8am for the Time field

    There needs to be some help text on the Time field that describes this behavior, as the rest of SFDC doesnt work this way. Perhaps save and display the TIme Zone when editing a DDP?

  9. Ability to Save in the Middle of the Form

    For longer forms it would be beneficial if the user could save the document state and return to it later. This way if they needed to gather additional information or focus on something else for a bit they would not lose their progress.

  10. Offline document genertation in conjunction with DocuSign/Salesforce

    We currently use Drawloop with ServiceMax/Saleforce with DocuSign configured via custom button logic. This is only used on a laptop connected to a Topaz signature pad at this time.

    I'm wondering if it's possible for the DocuSign offline to work together with Drawloop. Our tech's our often faced with no internet connection making it impossible for them to retrieve a signature on a DDP since the entire process must be done online in real-time. That said if ServiceMax/SF is also inaccessible then they can't do anything either.

  11. Make the field tagger get field label value instead of the API value

    We had noticed that the field taggers return the API value of the picklist field instead of the actual label value, hence any changes to the actual value on the field doesn't replicate on the field tagger and the value returned is incorrect.

  12. Filter Delivery Options

    Ability to filter which delivery options appear based on filter criteria. This is helpful when there are multiple email templates being used. Unable to use component library due to dynamic link in email template.

  14. Merging Secure PDFs using Loop.loopMessage.send or Loop.DocumentService.convertAndMerge methods

    Currently, in Drawloop, id the input pdf file for the DDP run is secured (content not available for modification), drawloop merge just throws out an error stating one or more file is password protected. As drawloop is completely handling the content related operations within salesforce package, it will be a nice to have feature to provide a placeholder to give the secured pdf file along with the password for the document so as to drawloop make the unlock the secured content and use it for merge or any other feature.   15. Make the field tagger work with a linked account

    We have a custom object which is linked to another custom object, which is then either linked to a contact or an account. When I use the field tagger search function to find an instance of the custom object that is attached to a contact then the field tagger displays the values of the fields for that contact. When I use an object that is attached to an account it doesn't display those fields. I was told that this isn't a bug, but I should submit a suggestion, so here it is!

  16. Adobe Sign Delivery option: Ability to set 'Days till Signing Expires' field dynamically

    Currently the 'Days till Signing Expires' field on the Adobe Sign Delivery option accepts only numerical values which are constants. It should be possible to use the field tagger to reference any field as a value for the same which will allow the users to have dynamic Expiry dates defined for the echosign agreements.

  17. Maintaining hyperlinks from Excel to PDF files

    When converting from Excel file to PDF, the hyperlink feature from Excel (=HYPERLINK(A7,"LINK") is no longer clickable in the PDF file.

  19. Add 'NOT' operator to the Filter

    Add 'NOT' operator to the Filter

    suppose you have a DDP for a generic contract and some DDPs for specific contracts, eg. a generic DDP 'Contract' and a specific DDP 'Contract Florida'.
    With a 'NOT' operator we could add a filter in the DDP for the Florida DDP 'Florida' and in the DDP for all other states we could use 'NOT Florida'

  20. Use translation workbench values for merge documents in multiple languages

    Currently the field tags for merge documents pull the information from picklist fields directly from the list of available values in the field definition. This is problematic in an work environment where multiple languages are used for the merge documents as the merged values appear only in the one language used to define the picklist values. It is also problematic when tagging picklist fields that are populated by an external (3rd) system. At such integrations, the picklist values of a field usually contain some "abbreviations" instead of the real value. The real value of the field is displayed using translation…
