  1. Give admins the ability to control fields accessibility on the Send Email page

    We need the ability to customize which fields show on the Email page and their field level security, for example we would like to prevent users from editing the subject or adding emails to the bcc field due to compliance requirements

  2. Option on Mass DocGen to Merge All Output

    While Mass DocGen from a report allows us to create a large number of documents at once, printing these efficiently involves a lot of babysitting.

    Say you generate 2,000 documents that need to be printed and mailed. Your documents are output into the DocGen Queue. Because Lightning list views only allow the selection of 200 items, you have to repeat this process ten times:
    1. Scroll DocGen Queue list view down to expose 200 or more records.
    2. Select 200 records.
    3. Click Download 1 PDF button to merge them into a single PDF.
    4. Wait 5-6 minutes for the…

  3. Ability to format dates to use st, nd, rd, th after day numbers

    We would like to be able to format dates so that for example you could generate dates like these in a document:

    1st January 2020
    2nd January 2020
    3rd January 2020
    4th January 2020

  4. COMPONENTS

    Please check if you can add multiple word functions to your library as it helps editing and formatting text there only(such as color change,bordering,inserting tables,fonts etc). Currently you have very limited functions.

  5. Field update for multiple records in scheduled report

    Hello,

    We are currently sending out a scheduled report with accounts and missing the possibility to use the field update on the package to update a field on all the records in the report.

    It is configurable but not working and Nintex Support already confirmed that this is not inteded to work.

  6. Using DocGen need to refresh report in Salesforce

  7. Ability to have clickable links in Form Steps for a DocGen Package

    It would be useful to be able to have clickable links in Form Steps on DocGen Packages. If I create a step in the Form Step that contains a link, it should have the option to make that link a hyperlink. Then, once a user runs the DocGen package and is presented with the step, they would have the option to simply click the link instead of copy/pasting it into a new tab on their browser.

    In our case, we have a field on the Contact object called "lookup my Representatives", which is a URL field. The Field is then…

  8. Ability to filter to specific Files attached to a record

  9. Clone Relationships without having to clone a DocGen Package

    DocGen does not allow an easy way to reuse Relationships within different Packages. It would be nice to be able to clone or copy relationships over to new DocGen packages being created.
    Right now, I have to clone an existing to be able to pull in ALL the relationships previously created; then when you want a different Output it is inefficient to have to modify.

  11. Allow Sub-Totals on table replication

    We use DocGen (Drawloop) on Opportunities. The DocGen can create multiple tables great, but there is not way to create a sub-total on each total.
    For instance a Quote with Table 1 for Products and Table 2 for Services. We have the ability to make the tables, but we cannot create sub-totals of each table.

  12. Lightning Button in DocGen Queue to sort multi-file output from a single MassGen run consistently

    When a single DocGen package outputs a letter and its corresponding outer envelope, these need to be sorted consistently so that they can be handled efficiently in mailing. Currently this is only possible using a One Click Javascript button (code attached from Nintex Support), which is unavailable in Lightning.

  13. Ability to Bullet Lists in Components/Component Groups

    We often use Bullets in our formatting and other HTML type improvements for our emails and letter templates. We are somewhat limited when using Component and Component Groups due to these restrictions.

    Line spacing is also not as ideal as preferred.

  14. Send email notification when delivery via FTP or SFTP

    Add ability to send an email notification when delivering a document by FTP or SFTP. The email notification should not contain the document attached. This should be fore manual DDPs and for automated/scheduled DDPs

  15. Show the email address for the recipient in DocGen package Email delivery option

    When using Email as delivery option, the 'To' only displays the name of the Contact selected. Suggest that it also displays the email address to allow a final confirmation that the contact has an email address/it's a correct address. My client has a BCC set so the email always sends successfully (because the User is BCC'd) and there is no alert to suggest that the Contact may not have received the email.

  16. Lightning Console Compatability

    There is no way to use the lightning console navigation with DocGen without using the lightning component. The lightning component for DocGen cannot sort files, but going through the button allows it. Salesforce does NOT allow javascript buttons on lightning. Please upgrade this feature as it's been neglected since the release of lightning console navigation.

  18. Field Tagger option to display tags in ALL CAPS.

    Would like the ability to have the field tagger display tags in ALL CAPS for insurance/financial use cases where the generated document should have applicants info in ALL CAPS. Currently have to go into Fonts and set ALL CAPS on tags.

    Currently the error messages are user unfriendly and full of unhelpful jargon. It would be a great improvement to translate the error messages into lament terms so Admins and Users can benefit alike.

  20. Option to merge an object's attachments seperate from templates

    I have a DDP that needs an excel template, and multiple files pulled from an object. This is not an issue, however, there is no way to have the excel template to be its own file and have a merged PDF of multiple files on an object record. It's only possible to either merge everything into a PDF output, or have the output use the originals and a combined PDF.

    My proposed solution to this problem is to add a "Template Output Type" selection field in the template's options, the same as the "Document Output Type" picklist in the delivery…
