More Flexible Expiration Options for DDPs
There should be more flexibility in assigning expiration dates to individual DDPs. Right now, you can only specify the number of days until expiration. What if we could choose a specific day of the month the package would expire on? What if we could specify document expiration on the first day of each month or the last day of each month? I think this would be incredibly helpful to a lot of users.

Feature Request: Create Relationship from existing Relationships
Currently, you can create relationships based on the same object by using aliases, but if one is a direct subset of another, you must create it with redundant filters and poll the database for a whole new query. Instead, it would be useful to create relationships based on ones that are already created. This would avoid redundant filters and potentially improve performance.
Example of current functionality:
Alias 1: Pull Accounts matching filters A and B from entire database.
Alias 2: Pull Accounts matching filters A and C from entire database.Example of desired functionality:

Stetting default values on forms
In form steps,when setting default values that are pulled from related objects the drop down displays a limited number of fields. Not to worry, you can filter for the field(s) you are looking for but when you do this, then save your form, the chosen values are not retained. When viewing the form steps you do see the values you selected but if you need to open the form for editing then the values are lost. You have to reset everything before saving again. Attached is what I got from Nintex support regarding this.

Drawloop doesn't differentiate between Custom fields and standard field names
Tried to set up a letter template and I wanted to use the contact's title (e.g. Mr) in the template, however the Drawloop Tag is identical to another Label and it’s therefore pulling back “Dear Monty” instead.
Label Tag Value
Salutation / Greeting <<Contact_Salutation>> Dear Monty
Title <<Contact_Salutation>> MrI’ve spoken to our developers who have said “The standard Salesforce field’s API name is “Contact.Salutation”. Our custom field’s API name is “Contact.Salutationc”. For some reason, the Drawlook field tagger doesn’t distinguish between standard and custom field names; it doesn’t observe the ‘c’ appendix.

Allow for export of Lightning Dashboards -- currently Classic-only
Currently you only support sending Classic-view Dashboards to the output file. Please add support for the newer, significantly nicer Lightning components.

Time field on DDP should have helptext indicating it's the user's local time, even though it may have been created in another time zone
User A is in PST, creates a DDP to run at 8am. DDP runs at 8am PST.
User B is IST (~12 hour difference), saves DDP, deactivates, reactivates while not touching the TIme field. DDP then goes out at 8am IST, which is about 8pm the previous day.
User A still sees 8am for the Time fieldThere needs to be some help text on the Time field that describes this behavior, as the rest of SFDC doesnt work this way. Perhaps save and display the TIme Zone when editing a DDP?

Add ability to drag & drop multiple documents for upload
We generate multiple documents and would like the option to upload all at once (drag & drop) instead of uploading one by one. This would significantly reduce work flow time.

Create the ability to utilise DocuSign payments functionality via Drawloop
We currently use Drawloop to generate our documents and then submit them to Docusign for electronic signature. DocuSign now allow payments to be made when signing too, however we cannot utilise this function at present as you have not completed any testing with DocuSign Payments at this time. It would be good if you could please complete your testing so we can utilise this valuable payment tool when we issue orders to our customers

Ability to Bullet Lists in Components/Component Groups
We often use Bullets in our formatting and other HTML type improvements for our emails and letter templates. We are somewhat limited when using Component and Component Groups due to these restrictions.
Line spacing is also not as ideal as preferred.

Have the ability to upload audio
I would like to be able to upload audio as a source, we recorded audio negotiations for reference and cannot upload them.

Ability to create a DDP on an external object
Currently, DocGen cannot pull data directly from an external object (i.e., odata) and would require additional steps to do this. Also there is no documentation on the additional steps.
Would you consider providing a documentation on the additional steps and developing this feature?

Enable the "Pause to Edit" feature for MassLoop.
The existing "Pause to Edit" functionality would be valuable for use with MassLoop. Our users wish to make final custom wording edits with pre-filled data fields already in place .

Search for Reports in Connected Data
In LEDD, there is no functionality to be able to search for reports for connected data.

Need integration with new Excel Array functions
Excel has new array functions such as UNIQUE and FILTER. While these are currently in beta, they are available through the Insider program. Microsoft has not given a date for the release of this new functionality, but why wait. It would be great if Drawloop can incorporate these in sooner rather than later.

Ability to set metadata on generated file
It would be very beneficial to be able to set some metadata for example, Document Status = Draft when a new document is generated. This is on the ContentDelivery object.
So when the object sets the Status to Approved, and generates a new file, then the metadata should be updated to reflect the Document Status as Approved.

Feature Request to get an External ID on the DDP Object
In order for us to handle dynamic DDP better, we need an External ID on the Drawloop DDP object. We have encountered issues while deploying fields to a managed package object.

Allow Opportunity Contact Role to serve as starting object
Allowing OCR to serve as the starting object would allow a user to pull from both the Opportunity and Contact objects for a given OCR. Currently you need to use SOQL to do this.

Displaying additional details about Contacts in the Contact Selection
Currently only the name of the Contact is displayed , we would suggest that along with the name it would really be helpful if additional details related to Contact object(e.g.:contact email ID or Contact type) are displayed in the "Specify the contact to use for the DDP:" section on the 'DDP Powered by Drawloop' page.

Field Tagger option to display tags in ALL CAPS.
Would like the ability to have the field tagger display tags in ALL CAPS for insurance/financial use cases where the generated document should have applicants info in ALL CAPS. Currently have to go into Fonts and set ALL CAPS on tags.
