Push new version of form to users
When I make a change to a form and then publish it, it seems like my end users need to know about this and make a manual update of the forms.
It is important that the forms are updated on the devices - otherwise some users may still be using the old version, which could be dangerous.
I was informed by Nintex that this is not a feature to expect from in the product:
"Please be advised this is not something that we support at this stage. At this stage a best practice would be to ensure all users are aware to refresh their Nintex Mobile App once logged in. This will ensure any new form updates are pushed through."
I find this really disappointing and frustrating.

If you are experiencing this issue, can you please send an email to support@nintex.com with your details.
We will need to know your platform (SharePoint, Office365, NWC), the form type (List form, Task form) and what type of device is being used.
Thanks,
Euan

You're about to lose a customer over this. I'm trying to promote and build your product in our company. However sending out emails to 1000s of people to update their phone every list change or template change is not feasible.

This would not slow down work processes and would remove inconsistencies (would promote nintex).

This could greatly improve the user experience!

If a push is too difficult, what about settings within the app, like automatically refresh every x minutes/hours/days. Or better yet refresh on every form open/start. This could be a checkbox choice, so currently functionality would be the same until the checkboxes are checked.
The current capability causes big problems, especially in large companies. It's turning our business off of your product. HELP! -

This feature has been marked as Under Review for over a year now, is there any update on this?
This issue is causing significant issues for our company and may become a limiting factor for which forms we can use Nintex Mobile for. We are starting to require too many support resources for old forms that are submitted from a user that hasn't updated their forms, causing workflows to fail.
Our offline users are used to their outbox syncing once they are back online again and they expect their forms to update the same way.

Any further update to this? I have to constantly chase down our users and remind them to refresh their forms and it gets really tiring.
I agree that in a perfect world the users would all remember to keep their forms up to date but it clearly isn't working. -

This is a great suggestion. Thanks for providing it. We wish to explore the capabilities of push in general and your suggestion noted.

It can be interesed to make a note (minium) on the user device to inform him ther is a new version of the form.
