  1. Content Folders

In App Studio you should be able to create folders inside Content menu items.
For example, I can create a new content menu item for User Documents but I cannot currently create sub items under User Documents for organizing my content. I end up with 50 pdfs under one menu option or 10 additional content menu options.

  2. Scan Document Feature using Camera for IOS

Since you can't add document attachments for IOS. I would like to request a feature for the attachment control for IOS where it auto recognize edges and auto crops so you can scan documents from the IOS camera and attach it as a PDF.

  3. Ability to assign a connection to each app and platform.

in our environment, when PC users access SharePoint through an internal network, they use the Intranet URL.
and when they're on an external network, they use the Extranet URL.
all mobile users uses the Extranet.
now you have iOS, Android and Windows (desktop) platforms
the iOS and Android will always use "Extranet" Connection.
but Windows will use "Extranet" & "Intranet" Connections depending on the network they're connected on.
it would be great to have the ability to assign connections to each platform,
like assign the Extranet Connection to iOS and Android, but assign both Connections to Windows platform.

  4. Add update information to AppDeploy Feature

It would be helpful to have a comment box when using the app deploy feature thats contents can be added to the app deploy mail information. We'd use this comment box to provide information about the contents and new features of the update.

  5. Validation message in control setting shown in Nintex Mobile

Currently validation settings in a control's setting are supported, yet the message is not shown when it is invalid. It is highly user-unfriendly. Although there is the "Rule" feature to validate and show message, the validation formula is limited, without being able to check for regular expression.

  6. Folder source / sync, for simpler file managment

The ability to manage documents in a FSS, One Drive / Box / Dropbox / Google Drive and have the ability to sync them to mobile or not. Rather than attaching them to the Mobile app, which then bloats the app, and also becomes a pain if you want to change any files embedded.

  7. Customised or more user-friendly warning for deleting child in Repeater

The current warning for deleting a child in repeating section is so technical and user-unfriendly. I do not accept this to be shown to my customer. Please allow customisation for the warning.

  8. Ability to unpublish a mobile form

While it's easy to remove a link to a desktop/web form, the only way to remove a form from the mobile app seems to be to delete it. It would be useful not to have to do that.

  9. nintex mobile refresh

Having the ability to refresh the Nintex Mobile Forms list on the iPhone app similar to the Android app would be fantastic. The Android app has a button to refresh in the top right corner, and on iPhone/iPad you have to scroll all the way to the top of the forms list to pull down on the screen to force it to refresh.

A single button click would be much quicker than having to scroll all the way to the top of the forms list to be able to pull down on the screen.

Having the ability to do both…

  10. Controls

    I'd like to suggest that the controls made available in the app be refreshed for a more modern mobile look. Currently PowerApps has a number of mobile friendly controls that are very useful that I believe Nintex Forms for Mobile would benefit from. In particular;

-a slider control for values between a Min and Max amount
-a timer control that allows you to perform an action on the form after a certain amount of time has passed
-ratings that give the user a nice visual way of giving something a rating in the app
-PDF viewer allows PDF's to be…

  12. was an unsupported feature as for mobile app, lookup control doesn't support insert reference token such as current user token

for mobile app, lookup control doesn't support insert reference token such as current user token. Please make this consider this feature in a later release as it results in error on the mobile app due to the token issue.

  13. People Picker: only allow users of SharePoint group

In SharePoint people picker column settings I can define a SharePoint group. In desktop forms the people picker will only allow people from that very group.
However, in Nintex Mobile the field still resolves all users from the Active Directory. We can't give all names out to all users and would want to have the same behaviour as in the desktop Nintex Form layout.

  14. Connect to environment and do away with import / export

When in App Studio, rather than having to import a form from to filter on, having the ability to connect to the NWC / O365 / OnPrem via Live to bring up a pick list of available forms to include in the app.

  16. Ok/Close button in repeating section

Is it possible to add an OK/Close button to a repeating section that closes the "add row" form?
At the moment the user has to use the physical back button on his tablet to return to the main form and this isn't intuitive or user friendly.

  17. Remove App Login Pin or Make optional

We have many users who pick up an iPad from a small pile to go out and do an inspection using Nintex Mobile forms. Where a user account can be used to log into the Nintex App on any iPad, the Pin can only be used on the iPad it was set on. As a result this has become a big issue. Can this pin either be removed or made optional.

  18. Lookup control refresh in Mobile Form

Would like to see the Form Lookup control to be able refresh in Mobile Form upon opening the Nintex Form on the Nintex Mobile App.

At the moment we have to refresh the List on the App before opening the Form to see the new update to the lookup control dropdown values.

  19. Use Nintex Mobile App as container for hybrid apps

As we all know, we cannot use JavaScript inside the Mobile Forms. This has made me create JavaScript based forms and reports and all other sorts of goodies as pure client side web pages, using JavaScript and the REST interface. This actually works pretty good, and I have created pretty good stuff this way.
The "problem" with this approach is that the users need to access SharePoint through the browser and do the whole login process every time, and they need to enter the URL of the site (I know they could just create a favorite for the URL, but…
