Need a better way of grouping Mobile App Forms
Currently to group a Mobile App Form, the Category must be typed in Form Settings and the form must be published.
Problem 1: Example: If I have 20 forms in a Category and I would like to rename the Category, I must go into each form, rename the Category and re-publish.
Problem 2: Example: If I make a typing mistake in the Category field, the form gets grouped into a different Category. The ability to at least have a dropdown of existing Categories would be good.

I like the idea. What about using a SharePoint Managed Metadata structure which can be linked in Central admin that will be visible in the Forms settings and will control the structuring.

All good ideas, thanks for submitting. I agree that the categorization of forms requires some improvement from a governance perspective. We will work on making the experience better for the form designer by centralizing the management of category names.
