Currently when a new version of the app is deployed, any forms added via 'Add filter' where 'Show only listed forms' is selected, disappear. The only way to get them back is to do a clear data and refresh. This happens on iOS and Android after every app update. This is a support headache and a poor user experience.

The forms need to remain or be refreshed if they have changed.
