Automatically convert .heic to .jpeg uploaded by iPhone X
Picture taken by iPhone X is kept in .heic format. To facilitate users viewing attachment uploaded by iPhone X, we need a feature to automatically convert .heic to .jpeg when uploading attachment using iPhone X.

Thanks for pointing this out to us.
HEIC is Apple’s name for a standard developed by MPEG which they call HEIF. The problem is that Windows haven’t adopted the standard yet.
There is a workaround however. You can disable HEIC on iOS by going to Settings > Camera > Formats and selecting “Most Compatible” instead of “High Efficiency”.
