Publish a Nintex Forms from the Save a Site as a template
When creating a new site from a saving a site as template that includes a content from a Site that has a published Nintex Forms, this new site will not have the Forms published. The user needs to Publish the Form manually.
This unpublished Forms only occurs with condition below:
- The list or library has other custom content type
- From the list setting page, the custom content type has been made as Position from Top as No 1 and the default content type of the list (Item) as No2. This can be done by click "Change new button oder and default content type"

Thanks for your suggestion.
I will update this idea if there are any updates to share.
Cheers,
Euan

This seems pretty ridiculous that I can build nice forms with Nintex forms, I can save my site as a template, I can use Nintex Workflows to create a site from that Template but NINTEX won't support the action fully and my Nintex forms are not published. I mean, it's part of your own product, surely you can support it? If my users were responsible enough to go and publish their own forms then they'd be responsible enough to create their own subsites so it seems a bit pointless.

is it possible to use Webservice or a Web request to publish a NINTEX Form? The NINTEX Form in a Site-Templated List seems to be deployed (installed) but not published...

that is a epic fail. So it is not possible to use NINTEX Forms with Site-Templating
