Creating a chatbot equivalent for the form
Give the possibility, as an alternative user interface, to fill a form through a chatbot. all field would correspond to a question, or natural language conversation.
And like for Nintex Mobile, the chatbot would be able to gather multiple form and identify in the conversation which one the user want to fill1 voteThanks for your suggestion.

Multiple lines of text should be compatible with Kwizcom Clipboard Manager
It would be really really great if Nintex Forms multiple lines of text controls (in rich text mode) were compatible with Kwizcom Clipboard Manager (http://www.kwizcom.com/sharepoint-add-ons/SharePoint-clipboard-manager/overview/). This small add-on let the user copy and pasting an image by clicking on a button instead of creating an image file, uploading it in a document Library and then creating a link on the multiple line of text field to the uploaded image. This saves a lot of time!

Allow fill-in choices for Managed Metadata fields
Right now, Nintex forms do not provide fill-in choices as seen here: http://help.nintex.com/en-US/o365/o365/O365Forms/FormControls/ManagedMetadata.htm
I would like Nintex to support fill-in submissions to MM fields.

accordion
An accordion control as an alternative to tabs. A common and familiar interface with many and arguably more elegant than tabs as well.

'In Progress' Icon For Once a Form is Submitted
Once a form has been submitted, and before it goes to the redirect page, can a 'in progress' icon appear so an end user knows it is processing the form (currently it is just a blank webpage and has no feedback for the end user). This is especially evident when there are attachements, as these make the form submission slower.

provide default themes/skin
Provide default themes which can be applied on a form which should change the look and feel of all components placed in a form. for example Themes provided by Telerik for their controls http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/styles-and-layout/appearance-styling

Let anonymous modify an existing form thanks to Nintex Live
Nintex Live make possible for anonymous to fill a form, but not to come back on this form and edit it.
For exemple, for a customer it would be to be able to edit his personal information that he/she already filled one year before.1 voteThanks for your suggestion.

Be able to Start a workflow whilst Form is still open
It would be great to be able to get a workflow to start whilst the form is still open and the form remains open.
This would allow us to create complicated queries in the workflow that can be posted back to the user in real-time as opposed to them having to close the form and re-open. Whilst I appreciate that the time taken for a workflow to run can affect the user experience, being able to place a "spinning donut" styte wait control would help this, and then in the workflow you could have some sort of "Post back to…

Decision control outcome values
Hello Nintex,
Currently when we edit the Task form in Nintex with custom outcomes, if we need to do any validation based on what outcome the user is selected, the only way to do it is to check the values of Decision control. There are only 2 ways to do this which is not correct as you would have to do it on every environment where we deploy (which makes it more error prone)
1] Check dbo.ConfiguredOutcomes and get the value for the Decision control and add any validations based on this outcome value.
2] RUn the workflow (even on…34 votesThanks for your suggestion.

Allow for Geolocation in Repeating Sections
Use case: An engineer is wandering through the field, filling out some kind of dirt-testing form -- the form is intended to be filled out at the header level with details like the engineer name, date, test-type, company, etc. Then, in a repeating section, the engineer can tap the Geolocation button - get a GPS coordinate for where they stand (more or less), write some details about that spot -- then move 500 ft away, add another repeating section, and repeat that action. The engineer now no longer has to submit a new form every time they move spots, in…

print
The Printing Functionality request which had 490 votes was closed by Nintex after the ability to Print was granted to the Enterprise version of Nintex Forms. Since many of those votes were from Nintex Standard users, I am creating a new item to request for the ability to print forms from Nintex Forms Standard. Please vote here to get your request back on the board.
134 votesThanks for your suggestion Victor.
As we are currently working on Universal Forms, we are revisiting our Print functionality and looking for user feedback to understanding your requirements.
If anyone would like to participate in a feedback session around printing Nintex Forms, please let me know in the comments below.

Support Language Translation Services for Forms
Allow forms to integrate with language translation services. Currently the only way I can find to support multiple languages (English, Spanish, Cantonese, etc.) is to create multiple forms.

Paste multiple users in People picker
It would be very useful to be able to paste several users in Nintex Forms people picker (if users are copied from Outlook, for example).

date range picker for two datetime columns: start and end dates
In many cases, users have to reinvent the wheel of connected date pickers, the convenience of filling such data and validation thereof. My suggestion is that Nintex provide a built-in 'date-range-picker' such as those on airline or hotel booking websites where you use the same multi-month calendar for both start and end dates, and the picker also supports max and min dates, the feature requested here: http://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/229406-2-nintex-forms-for-sharepoint/suggestions/5923550-we-have-an-application-form-developed-using-nintex

Add asynchronous possibilities to the lookup inline function
I've experimented a large form, with some repeating sections. Each of them contains some calculated value controls using "lookup()" inline function.
Once saved, displaying or editing the form leads to an obvious performance degradation on loading. Each control is waiting the lookup function result of the previous control to perform its function call.As these controls are not linked (the result of the second control does not depend of the first one), it could be useful to be able to specify an optional parameter to the "lookup()" inline function in order to set if it's needed to be synchronous or…

Allow SharePoint spell checking to be turned off so that built in browser/OS spell check can be used
Current SharePoint spell check capability is clunky and less capable than the spell check built in to modern browsers/OSs.
Would be good to have option to turn off SP spell check and use browser/OS spell check instead.
