  1. Min Date and Max Date for date picker

It would be nice to have the Min Date and max Date feature available with date time control as its available in jQuery date picker control. Please refer to http://jqueryui.com/datepicker/#min-max

This feature may not make it into the initial release of Universal Forms, but can be achieved through the custom validation rules functionality in Universal Forms when released.

    Cheers,
    Euan

  2. Add the possibility to change Alert messages on Responsive Forms

When filling forms, add the possibility to change the alert message on the field you are filling.
One example is, when filling a People Field that doesn't accept multiple values, if you try to set two or more values the following message is displayed:

" You are only allowed to enter one item".

This message is not user friendly, and it is only in English.
Customizing those message would be a really nice feature.

  3. Change decimal number format on forms especially on iOS

On iOS we've picked up that when filling out a form on Nintex mobile with a number or currency field, the control forces you to use points instead of commas as a decimal separator. This is quite a big limitation as it affects the form filling experience on iOS devices. What ends up happening is that the commas are not taking as decimal points but rather as thousand separators, would like to see a way to override/specify which character should be treated as a decimal separator per device (iOS and Android)

  4. Include jump marks to have a more convenient navigation experience (in big forms)

It would be nice to have a out-of-the-box solution for integrating jump marks or some other kind of advantage navigation possibilities (I think something like "tab order functionality" would also be ok: https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/229406-2-nintex-forms-for-sharepoint/suggestions/7943961-please-provide-the-tab-order-functionality-its-hi)

Able to filter mutliple domains when searching for users in the people picker field or able to restrict the people picker to filter for a single domain

  6. Creating a chatbot equivalent for the form

Give the possibility, as an alternative user interface, to fill a form through a chatbot. all field would correspond to a question, or natural language conversation.
And like for Nintex Mobile, the chatbot would be able to gather multiple form and identify in the conversation which one the user want to fill

  7. accordion

An accordion control as an alternative to tabs. A common and familiar interface with many and arguably more elegant than tabs as well.

  8. provide default themes/skin

Provide default themes which can be applied on a form which should change the look and feel of all components placed in a form. for example Themes provided by Telerik for their controls http://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/styles-and-layout/appearance-styling

  10. Let anonymous modify an existing form thanks to Nintex Live

Nintex Live make possible for anonymous to fill a form, but not to come back on this form and edit it.
For exemple, for a customer it would be to be able to edit his personal information that he/she already filled one year before.

  11. Allow for Geolocation in Repeating Sections

Use case: An engineer is wandering through the field, filling out some kind of dirt-testing form -- the form is intended to be filled out at the header level with details like the engineer name, date, test-type, company, etc. Then, in a repeating section, the engineer can tap the Geolocation button - get a GPS coordinate for where they stand (more or less), write some details about that spot -- then move 500 ft away, add another repeating section, and repeat that action. The engineer now no longer has to submit a new form every time they move spots, in…

  12. Add asynchronous possibilities to the lookup inline function

I've experimented a large form, with some repeating sections. Each of them contains some calculated value controls using "lookup()" inline function.
Once saved, displaying or editing the form leads to an obvious performance degradation on loading. Each control is waiting the lookup function result of the previous control to perform its function call.

As these controls are not linked (the result of the second control does not depend of the first one), it could be useful to be able to specify an optional parameter to the "lookup()" inline function in order to set if it's needed to be synchronous or…

  13. embed code for a nintex form

this would be a solution for orgs that cant use Ninex live. Alot of time we have the need to just embed a from in a page. in my opinion this should be much easier to share forms, and embed forms. just like embedding a youtube video... the webpart sometimes is too cumbersome and requires features to be installed.. please make this easier .. thanks.

  14. Nintex Forms Validation Summary

Can we have a flexible form validation control. It would be nice

    1. if we can have a validation control shown next to the submit button at the bottom.
    2. If we can have a validation error message next to the control.

    Thanks

  15. Display a temporary default value until clicked

I'd like to have a temporary value displayed until a user clicks a form field - like the form I'm filling out right now does. It says "Describe your idea..." until I click it, then that text disappears and I can type my value. It would be MUCH better than the floating tooltip used now.

Thanks for your suggestion Keith. Universal Forms now includes placeholder text and will also include default value text options when released.

  16. Suppress Active Directory Information from People Control

Currently, if a SP 2013 list includes a Person or Group column configured to Choose From All Users, a Nintex form for the list will render the column as a People control. At run time, the People control will display the underlying user’s AD Domain and Login if you hover over it. This may be a security risk.

Can we add a Control Setting in Nintex Forms that enables us to hide the AD information (and perhaps default this setting to Yes)?

Please refer to Support Case #00067767 "RE Person Column" for additional details.

    Thanks

  17. people picker field - unique values

When you make a People picker field to unique value, there is no error message when you create the second element with the same Person. Bug.

  19. Improve performance by replacing SharePoint's DataFormWebPart control with a better alternative

There is an aditional load time when using a Nintex Forms List View control, because this utilizes the (slow) SharePoint DataFormWebPart control.

Please remove this dependency and replace it with a better alternative.

User experience and acceptance would improve a lot because of reduced load times for forms.
