How can we improve Nintex Forms?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Customize AssignToDo Task with Nintex Forms

    When using a FlexiTask or RequestData Task the form can be customized with Nintex Forms.

    It would be very helpful if also the AssignToDo Task can be customzied.

  2. Dynamic Responsive Forms based on browser width

    Nintex Responsive Forms would be greater if they could resize dynamically when the browser width is change

  3. Restrict Publishing production forms for non-admins

    Same feature as we have on Nintex Workflows - add possibility to register Admins for the Forms and do not allow publish them as prd for non-admins. (maybe just extend what we have on Workflows to the forms)

  5. hyperlink validation

    I think it would be useful to have a built-in validation for hyperlink controls. Present behavior allows either addition of only the web address or only the text to display. When form is saved with only the web address entered, the value is used as the display text. When form is saved with only the text to display entered, no value is entered into the sharepoint field and it's as if nothing was done, no warning, no error. This is a universal requirement - that a hyperlink have a web address - and adding a product-level validation rule that threw…

  6. Create a "Notes" Field in the version section so one can note changes for future reference.

    The addition of versioning is great. However, it requires a separate set of notes to know what changed from version "x" to "x1".

  7. Print to PDF: On the form editor show where page breaks occur

    Showing within the editor where page breaks might occur when printing to PDF would help form designers add Page Break Guides. Obviously designers would still have to account for expanding fields, however, showing it within the designer would prevent having to preview forms.
