  1. Online payments on Nintex form

We need an integration point on the forms to be able to accept online payments, paypal, CC...etc.
It has been requested by multiple organizations to process payments through a secure gateway within the Nintex form for External and internal users. It would be to have this available on internal and external facing (LIVE) forms as well. It was mainly requested for Nintex on-prem 2016. But it would be great to have it also available on other versions, 2010, 2013 and office 365.

    • Offline form builder

It would be fantastic to have a dedicated app to build Nintex forms in rather than being forced to do it via the browser.

I understand that a lot of the functionality requires online access (lookups and columns etc), but the ability to build in a dedicated app and then publishing that to SharePoint would be a great addition.

When creating a new site from a saving a site as template that includes a content from a Site that has a published Nintex Forms, this new site will not have the Forms published. The user needs to Publish the Form manually.

This unpublished Forms only occurs with condition below:

            - From the list setting page, the custom content type has been made as Position from Top as No 1 and the default content type of the list (Item) as No2. This can be done by click "Change new button…

            • colored responsive controls

With the September 2017 update, Nintex on-premises responsive forms are coming. After some hours testing it, I miss a lot of "old" features, like the possibility to join a CSS style to a control. With responsive forms, we completely lost the ability to change the color of a label text, or the background color in a panel.

New controls are really cool, but it would be even better if we could personalize them a little bit more! If, for some reason, custom css styles are forbidden, there's a way to let user set up some basic parameters in each control…

              • Make where you write functions an actual code editor

It is very frustrating writing anything other than a basic formula in Nintex forms for several reasons. The biggest frustration though is that there is no validation. Even Microsoft Excel gives you and indication that your formula is invalid. Also marking closing and opening brackets and parenthesis would be a huge help. It seems like it would be a simple task to implement this and a huge win for users.

                • Update the Classic Designer Controls to look the same as the Responsive controls

For a consistent look and feel to forms designed in either of the designer choices (responsive of classic) it would be good to update the designer controls to more closely reflect the look and feel of the new responsive controls which have a modern, clean and fresh look to them.

                  • Publish JavaScript Change Logs In Patch Notes, or Put Nintex Forms On Github!

For anyone who is attempting to get their hands dirty inside the more obscure parts of a Nintex Form, it can frustrating to see a patch note that only reads

"This release may include changes of some controls. If you are using custom JavaScript, it may require adjustments to your custom JavaScript."

What would be 1000% better, is if we could get the published / generated version control changes so that we didn't have to guess or hunt to find the changes between updates.

And perhaps even better than that would be if Nintex would create a public repository on…

                    • Automatically update the control when the list column data type get modifed

Would like to have a control in Nintex Form get updated automatically when data type on the list column get modified.

                      For example :
Single text field modified to choice (dropdown list)

The expected result is to have the Nintex Form Designer automatically change the Single line text control into a dropdown list.

                      • Ability to Copy and Paste Named Controls and Item Properties

Copy and pasting formulas with any kind of named control or item property seems to fail. You have to manually find and double click the item you want to add into your formula every time. So for any complex formula that I am trying to copy from another control I have to do it all from scratch.

                        • Change the Button To Select Multiple Form Elements on a Mac

To select multiple elements in Nintex forms you must press Control + Click. On a Mac Control + Click is the shortcut to bring up the right click menu. When you select multiple elements on a form on a Mac (in the designer) a the right click menu pops up every time. This is very frustrating because it seems like you guys never tested the form designer on a Mac.

                          • Change Undo to Command Z on a Mac

On a Mac Command + z is the universal way to undo a change in all programs. It is not intuitive to press Control + z for a mac user. It took me a long time to figure this out, would improve UX for Mac users.

                              • Dynamic Image Display

A form should be able to display a dynamic image based on a list lookup or any basic logic, other than using hacked solutions like the following: https://community.nintex.com/community/build-your-own/blog/2015/08/14/populate-a-calculated-value-field-with-htmlpicture

Either the image URL properties need to accept variables or controls, or a list lookup that returns an image URL can render it natively as an image.

This should be an out of box feature from ten years ago. Forms are no longer just lines and lines of textboxes.

                                  • Alert when Live forms are not submitted

Form submissions that are submitted are lost due to Database connectivity or some live issue that occurred are lost in transmission. It would be nice to have an alert User that a form was lost in submission.

                                    • nintex mobile refresh

Having the ability to refresh the Nintex Mobile Forms list on the iPhone app similar to the Android app would be fantastic. The Android app has a button to refresh in the top right corner, and on iPhone/iPad you have to scroll all the way to the top of the forms list to pull down on the screen to force it to refresh.

A single button click would be much quicker than having to scroll all the way to the top of the forms list to be able to pull down on the screen.

Having the ability to do both…

                                      • Stop making every release of Nintex Forms a breaking change

Every release of Nintex Forms contains the statement "This release includes changes to behaviors of some controls. The changes may require adjustments to custom JavaScript." without saying which controls are changes.
This means that every release is a breaking change and we cannot update as often as needed because of the amount of testing and fixing we have to do.

                                        • Access named controls and variables from insert reference

If you are trying to customize the text for add row icon in a repeating section for example you cannot use named control values or form variables. Only Item properties are available. Same holds true for the insert reference function for other controls. The problem is that the value of the item property is not updated in a form until the form is submitted. You have to get the value from the named control connected with the item property or use a form variable to fetch value changes in the form while it is filled out. So if you want…
