  1. Create areas within each activity/task for Process Manager Comments

A Process Manager Hidden Field/Notes section should be available within each Activity.
There is often sensitive information and/or comments that a Process Manager will need to relay to leadership candidly, and this information should not be viewable by anyone other than the process manager role and/or admin. It should default as 'hidden' otherwise the Process Manager might accidentally share their screen and other may be affected by the comments.

  2. Output the list of Workflow Publishers to spreadsheet(xlsx), csv, etc.

That would be great if there a way to output the list of users registered as "Workflow Publishers" to spreadsheet(xlsx) or csv file as a list.

  3. Provide access to your roadmap in a place that people can get to!!!!

Having to sign in to the community portal and then having to sign in to box.com just to get the roadmap is ridiculous!!! My organization blocks box.com so I can't even get the roadmap. I tried getting to it off the network but the "sign up" button does nothing when pressed. Microsoft makes their roadmap publicly available for anonymous users. Why can't Nintex do the same???

  4. Product Update License Import Notification

When importing a license file that requires workflow or forms to be updated to at least a specific version, the import error from a new license file should not just say that the license is corrupted, but that they should at least ensure that the product is updated to the latest version.

  5. Unable to produce a competency training report that includes user name and their level of competency under all training unit.

The current report under competency training unit only shows the unit and total number of users under each level. It does not show level for each user under a particular unit. Since we have the competency level for each user, this is important to track the completion or level they are at with each unit.

  6. Document Nintex Workflow solutions.

Please make a export function to Aris or Visio, so we can document the solutions.

Yes, MinRole is supported by NW2016

  10. Include links to example use cases for each action in Nintex help

For people new to using nintex, it would be great to provide links to nintex community threads or nintex xchange to use cases of using each action available in nintex to help the user to research use and capability for their business.

  11. International documentation

It seems to me that, up to NW2010, there was a localized (for example German) online-help available and These help Contents were also mady available in a Joint document as a "Manual". It seems that this practise has stopped since NW2013.
I sincerely hope that Nintex will provide again this Kind of collateral to Support international (i.e., non English-speaking) Workflow Designers with respect to the Claim "Workflow for everyone".
I know from many discussions that several Nintex Partners are happy to contribute to These translations.

  12. "Query Excel Services" action Help

On Nintex Workflow 2013 "Query Excel Services" action, I think there is a misguiding description on the "Store result in" topic regarding the correct order of the cells.

    There you can read "A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3" when I think it should be "A1, B1, C1, A2, B2, C2".

    Please confirm my interpretation.

    Thanks,

    Best Regards,

    Gustavo

  13. Variables report

In the print command, it would be great to add a cross reference with variables and actions in which they are used.

  14. Documentation on out of the box Nintex workflow reports

There is very little to no documentation on the different out of the box reports offered by Nintex Workflows. Although most of the columns in these reports are straight forward, details such as what the standard deviation is between and how the overdue column is calculated would be helpful.

  15. Error messages

When a site feature is not activated, generic error messages are thrown. Can we generic a specific one about the site feature not being activated so people don't have to guess?
