  1. docusign

Today, the docusign actions allow one user to sign a document. It doesn't allow 2 users to sign the same document (using the same enveloppeID)

HR Example : a new contract is first sent to the new employee for signing and the same contract is sent to the manager for signing. Today the only way of doing it is to send the document twice in tow different envelope.

we leave a few scenario behind

Currently there is no way to get Current Time in Nintex workflow for Office 365. Kindly add this feature.

  3. PowerPoint conversion

SharePoint 2013 provides a PowerPoint conversion service - similar to Word Automation Service. It would be nice to have an workflow activity to convert PowerPoint documents into other formats like PDF

Capability is now provided by Document generation action.

  4. Add dynamic number of attached documents to the email notification action

Imagine having a workflow that can generate a dynamic number of documents in loops or For Each actions.
It's not possible to attach these documents to the mail, since the generation of attachments are fixed.
The only current possible scenario is to run the workflow on a list item, and attach said documents to that list item - and that's not an option when running WF's on document libraries or as site workflows.

The ability to add a dynamic number of attachments to the email action has been added into version 3.1.3.0 and 2.4.3 of Nintex Workflow for SharePoint

    Hi All,

Have you considered using the Nintex outlook add-in that allows users to respond to tasks with buttons. It allows for multiple outcomes too!

    Cheers,
    Roanna

  6. Outlook Voting Buttons for Lazy Approval

Can you assign flexi tasks to Outlook voting buttons, so when using LazyApproval, get the responder to use defined voting buttons

Apologies all, a mispelling. I wrote that this was not available, what I meant is that this capability is NOW available within the new Nintex Add-in for Outlook

  7. Run For Each loop on Collection of Variables

Create a variable and place it in a for each loop from a query. Ex, query a configuration list for column title, each "title" then become a variable of "var{title}" and perform action on each Title to perform an action on it.

Covered by querying the list into a collection variable and then using a For Each action.

  8. Need a "BCC" field for any outbound emails or tasks

Please add a “BCC” field into the email or task actions. Governance: As a team who designs workflows, being in BCC is the only way to actively monitor workflow behavior and stay informed on all the workflows that are active. We don’t want to scare people by listing a bunch of names in the CC field, especially on sensitive data.

    Hi,
This feature will be released in the On Premises products in the forthcoming 2.3.13 and 3.0.7 releases.

  9. Sort order for variables

For large workflows and looking through variables names they are sorted in the order they are created. I would prefer alphanumber sorting on the variable names

Thanks for the feedback. This feature will be released in the upcoming 2.3.11 and 3.0.6 releases of NW, due in the coming days.

  10. State Machine - should be able to reorder states easily

There should be a way to reorder the States in a State Machine easily. Just a "Move Up" or "Move Down" to reorganize the states so that if you need to add or take away one, they can stay in a logical, sequential order for developing.
