Outlook Meeting Action
Currently Nintex only has an Outlook Appointment action. This creates an event on user's calendars, but does not send an email invite. I would like to have an action that creates a meeting and sends an email to all attendees.
Steve - how would I do this? Create it via web services and then attach it in the workflow?
Hi. as a work around, you can create the calendar item with necessary time, date and other info, then save it. You can then attach this to the email notification, allowing the user to double click on it to save to their calendar. hope this helps..
