Delegated To information
When setting up an action that requires some user action, the action is assigned to a person (or group), and if you user the Reminder and Escalation feature offered with that action, we lose out knowing who now owns the action.
Basically a Delegation is a re-assignment of an action from one person or group to another. Clearly Sharepoint knows (and I assume Nintex does as well) who the action is now assigned to, but from an end user perspective I have no way of referencing that data.
Nintex provides an "Approver" field that holds the name of the original person who was assigned to an action, but once a delegation or escalation takes place it would be really nice if Nintex would store the original assignee in another field and update the "approver" field with the name of the person the action was delegated/escalated to.
For those of us who need this data, this would then provide us the ability to see how many times an action was handed off to another before it's completed and when the hand-offs happened.
