    Yes, please. Pasting screen shots into Word is a tedious, inefficient way to document workflows.

    It would be very helpful for us, if we could describe the workflows functionality inside of the workflow diagram.

    The description field inside the workflow settings doesn`t fit to our needs.

    It could be a multiline text window for instance.
    We are thinking about the following contents:

    ----------------------------------

    Workflow name: "copy element"
    Author: "Thomas Finnah"

    This workflow can be started manually. It copies the chosen element to the list abc, after ...

    .......
    ----------------------------------

    I will really need this function too coz it's literally impossible for me to re-write the workflow I had in NINTEX in VISIO again, it's doubling my work which could easily mean for the 20 NINTEX workflow I have built.

    I can really use this feature too! Was googling for it and ran into this. Export to MS Visio would be really useful feature to have

    I take it that this is not my imagination that I cannot export a Nintex workflow into Visio by reading this. I can really use that feature at the moment

    I totally agree with this request. Nintex is great however when it comes to reporting in presentations and reports it's difficult to get the idea across. That's why it would be very beneficial to export a Nintex workflow into Visio!

    Yes, integrating Nintex and Visio is the single largest improvement that can be made to Visio.
