Set Permissions Action - Ignore Missing Users
Hi, I have a many workflows that set security on items based on another field.
Multiple users can be added to the field and my set security workflow updates the item so only those users can access the item.
The problem occurs when a user leaves the company and the account is removed from AD / SharePoint. When this happens the workflow errors. I'm assuming because it can't find that user any more.
Would it be possible to add a workaround where the action continues but if required an error can be captured?
The same thing needs to be implemented for sending notifications!

I also encounter errors when users don't exist. Some error handling would be nice, returning the users that causes trouble. Actions would be set permission and assign task.
