Capturing everything from the lazy approval: sender, cc, bcc fields and attachments
The sender email address could be used to know who approved. The cc and bcc could be used for delegation or any other process. The attachments, like the comments, should be attached to the related workflow task (we use another workflow to attach them to the related item).
