When you create list workflow in Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2013, you can turn on the option to "start manually". This function works just like the same option in the out of the box SharePoint workflows and in good 'ol SharePoint Designer workflows. The issue is that there is what appears to be a sub-option called "Require manage list rights". This apparent sub-option limits the ability to start a SharePoint or SPD workflow manually, but when you use this option in Nintex, it doesn't just limit a user's ability to start that workflow manually, but their ability to take action that would start it automatically such as creating an item or modifying an item. THIS MAKES NO SENSE! Why is it displayed as a sub-option to manually starting the workflow (only available if you've selected to allow manual start), but applies to all forms of initiation for the workflow?

Please make this function either not-appear as a sub-option, or make it only apply to manual start.
