  1. docusign

Today, the docusign actions allow one user to sign a document. It doesn't allow 2 users to sign the same document (using the same enveloppeID)

HR Example : a new contract is first sent to the new employee for signing and the same contract is sent to the manager for signing. Today the only way of doing it is to send the document twice in tow different envelope.

we leave a few scenario behind

  2. Add dynamic number of attached documents to the email notification action

Imagine having a workflow that can generate a dynamic number of documents in loops or For Each actions.
It's not possible to attach these documents to the mail, since the generation of attachments are fixed.
The only current possible scenario is to run the workflow on a list item, and attach said documents to that list item - and that's not an option when running WF's on document libraries or as site workflows.

    Hi All,

Have you considered using the Nintex outlook add-in that allows users to respond to tasks with buttons. It allows for multiple outcomes too!

    Cheers,
    Roanna

  4. Update Nintex Workflow Design interface to handle rendering in IE10 and IE11

Currently the page must be rendered using IE8 mode, Please update the designer to allow for the use of IE10 and IE11 document modes to accommodate for sharepoint environments that have had thier master page modified to support HTML5. (Not enforce IE8 like the default) Currently there are Ajax and visual issues when attempting to load the designer in anything except IE8 mode.

Support for being able to change the default render mode was added by Microsoft in Service Pack 2.

  5. Snippets in the designer

Snippets make it easier for users who design a lot of workflows, to build out some logic that they can reuse in other place in an existing workflow, or in other workflows. They may not be completed enough to be a User Defined Action, but still help with faster workflow design.

  6. PowerPoint conversion

SharePoint 2013 provides a PowerPoint conversion service - similar to Word Automation Service. It would be nice to have an workflow activity to convert PowerPoint documents into other formats like PDF

Capability is now provided by Document generation action.

  7. Need a "BCC" field for any outbound emails or tasks

Please add a “BCC” field into the email or task actions. Governance: As a team who designs workflows, being in BCC is the only way to actively monitor workflow behavior and stay informed on all the workflows that are active. We don’t want to scare people by listing a bunch of names in the CC field, especially on sensitive data.

Apologies all, a mispelling. I wrote that this was not available, what I meant is that this capability is NOW available within the new Nintex Add-in for Outlook

  11. New Release Notes Notification Newsletters when the product gets updated

I will like to have the possibility to subscribe to a Nintex Newsletter that will automatically notify me when a new product version gets updated along with the new release notes for the new version.

For example, if I am interested in Nintex Workflow/Forms for Office 365 and Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2016 to subscribe to a newsletter that will notify me when the product gets updated, what is the new product version and what are the release notes for the products that I am following.

  12. Clicking on an Action should automatically bring a window to the side with configuration options

I see that a part of this has been implemented in Nintex for Office 365,m but it would be a great feature, if we do not have to click Configure every time.

We have started to make this change in our cloud products and are looking at how we can make this available more broadly.

    Cheers,
    Roanna

  13. Run For Each loop on Collection of Variables

Create a variable and place it in a for each loop from a query. Ex, query a configuration list for column title, each "title" then become a variable of "var{title}" and perform action on each Title to perform an action on it.

Covered by querying the list into a collection variable and then using a For Each action.

  14. Roadmap of features and releases

Our clients have planned outages for Nintex workflow and forms updates. It would be great to have visibility in terms of what Nintex is planning when it comes to new features and timing of releases. It does not have to be absolutely accurate as I understand things happen and dates can change, but just having visibility into planned Nintex features and general timing would be phenomenal!

Can I suggest you contact your Territory Manager who will be able to assist in roadmap briefings.

  15. Add current time to Calculate date in Nintex Online

Currently there is no way to get Current Time in Nintex workflow for Office 365. Kindly add this feature.

  16. Sorting and grouping workflow variables

When a workflow design has dozens of variables, sometimes it's hard to find the one you need to use throughout the workflow.

A sorting functionality would really help here. Also, if it was possible to create groups and put variables into those groups, that would also be a valuable feature.

  17. Remember collapsed / expanded state in Workflow Designer

It would be nice, if the Workflow Designer could remember the collapsed / expanded state of grouping actions, so when one reopens a workflow all actions are in the state when the workflow was last saved.
Not really important, but very useful when working with big workflows.

  18. Sort order for variables

For large workflows and looking through variables names they are sorted in the order they are created. I would prefer alphanumber sorting on the variable names

Thanks for the feedback. This feature will be released in the upcoming 2.3.11 and 3.0.6 releases of NW, due in the coming days.

  19. State Machine - should be able to reorder states easily

There should be a way to reorder the States in a State Machine easily. Just a "Move Up" or "Move Down" to reorganize the states so that if you need to add or take away one, they can stay in a logical, sequential order for developing.
