Nintex Workflow Action Item:- For Each item threshold limit should increase for Online Nintex Workflow
Whenever we need to itterate every single item available in SharePoint Online List. In order to store the specific value in a variable or to update the any columns value in n number of request. That threshold limit should increase in SharePoint Online Nintex workflow action item same as Nintex Workflow SP 2013.48 votes
In various workflows that I've created at my job I rely on a third-party solution to print a form to PDF. As some forms need to use page breaks, they are not recognized when printing to PDF from third-party solutions.
I am creating this suggestion in the hopes that third-party tools will be able to recognize page breaks which currently are only recognized by Nintex' own "Print to PDF" button for list items.16 votes
We are migrating to SharePoint 2019 on-prem and the modern layout seems to be the future.
I've attempted to use the Modern interface on some sites, but there are no Nintex modern webparts available to work with Workflows, workflow tasks, or forms, and no way to 'work around' their absence in an on-prem installation (thought there are reportedly ways around it in SPOnline).
Could Nintex please provide some Modern webparts to enable the same functionality as classic layout, in the Modern interface in on-prem SharePoint.42 votes
Thanks for the feedback Trent. We will continue to monitor this request. In the mean time you can view the web parts in classic view.
The Nintex forms controls of Single Line Textbox, Multi Line Textbox, People, and Choice both allow for a Default value.
However, I do not see that option for a List Lookup control. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pre-select items in our list lookup.3 votes
When using item level permissions in workflow designer, highlight that list advanced settings have changed item level permissions and workflow permissions may not be honoured5 votes
When a task is completed the page with the Web part needs to be refreshed to show this. When a SharePoint workflow task is completed you do not need to update the page for the task to be removed from the web part.
This causes confusion for the users who have completed the task, but is still showing in the tasks web part.
I will like to have the possibility to subscribe to a Nintex Newsletter that will automatically notify me when a new product version gets updated along with the new release notes for the new version.
For example, if I am interested in Nintex Workflow/Forms for Office 365 and Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2016 to subscribe to a newsletter that will notify me when the product gets updated, what is the new product version and what are the release notes for the products that I am following.7 votesAdminLisa Tam (Product Manager, Nintex) responded
The product Release notes form Nintex Community does have a ‘Subscribe’ option. Could this be what you are looking for?
It would be great to have a section in either central admin, site collection setting, or in site setting to remove old version of forms and workflows.
Even better to have filter where to not delete old instances/versions that have running workflows.1 vote
Please could we have an option to customise the "response not recognised" message in Lazy Approval3 votes
With this Web Part I can see all my personal tasks across all sites on the farm. Which is a great progress to the sharepoint standard solution that only shows the tasks oof the current site.
But it only shows personal tasks, not as the standard solution that also can show tasks i have because i am group of a AD-Group that was assigned to a task.
Would be great if the Nintex "My workflows task" could be configured in a way that also shows these Group-Tasks across all sites on the farm.3 votes
Currently you only have the ooptons for 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 month and 3 months to complete a training unit. Suggest you increase this to 6, 12 and 18 months as options.1 vote
While designing a Task Form in Workflow Action, like Assign Flex Task, the Attachments list column Form Control is not available. A user responding to a task request is unable to view any attachments in the list. Although you could check the checkbox of "Include list item attachments" in the Configure Action of Assign Flex Task, having the list Attachments form control right on the workflow task form will be much convenient.17 votes
It would be better to have the functionality to generate on Workflow constants where they have been used.
I have a calculated field on the form and I was unable to get seconds from Current time.
userProfileLookup(Current User,'PreferredName')+""+replace(formatDate(Current Date,"MM/dd/yyyy"),"/","-")+"T"+replace(formatDate(Current Time,"T"),":","")3 votes
In our current (sharepoint 2013) en future (sharepoint 2019) environment we want to use rest services based on json. Currently other services in our environment must translate the API response to sharepoint into XML because in Nintex can only parse the XML body using the Query XML action.
I find this strange because json is very common for rest. I know there is a string manipulation workaround using expressions as
I you have multiple fields than it will become quite messy to work like this. I would like a equivalent for Query XML as "Query JSON"4 votes
We have a Azure Web App secured with AAD Authentication(Not publicly accessible).
How can we access the data from a SharePoint Online Nintex Workflow?
Please share few links if its doable.

I have logged a support ticket#00302605, but advised to log it here as well.
The “Assign Flexi task” action can handle the non-claims format user names, while the “Set item permissions” can’t, they are not consistent.
The users have all be migrated to claims in SP2013, but we have a large number of workflows that use the non-claims format user names, we are expecting the “Set permission” actions to be able to handle the non-claims format user names like the “Assign Flexi task” action.3 votes
For Sharepoint Item, Retention Policy please allow the Sharepoint List workflow created in Nintes to appear on option of "Start Workflow".
I am using the Office 365 Sharepoint site.1 vote
When a user suggests a process for another team to write, it would be ideal if the suggested Expert/Owner received an email alert so they can review. Alternatively, the suggested process is added to the Owner/Expert dashboards.
IF an expert/owner is not specified when a user suggests a new processes, then a group should be required, so an alert can be sent to the Group Champion for follow up. Alternatively, it is added to the Champions dashboard.5 votes
Please provide a Web-Service-Method that a defined Workflow can be ended with a given status.
Or Change the definition of TerminateWorkflowByNameForListItem and add a new parameter [string workflowStatus]
Currently we use TerminateWorkflowByNameForListItem but Workflowstatus is canceled then. We would have the possibility to assign Completed to the Workflow.4 votes
